William M. Kelly, M.D. is founder and medical director of Health Scan Imaging. His professional career spans over 20 years of combined academic, research and clinical experience with CT and MRI.
Dr. Kelly is a distinguished graduate of the United States Air Force Academy. He completed his medical school training at Tulane University in New Orleans. Following radiology residency at David Grant USAF Medical Center, Dr. Kelly held a professional academic appointment at the University of California, San Francisco for over 10 years before moving to Southern California. Dr. Kelly is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and has earned a subspecialty Certificate of Added Qualifications in Neuroradiology.
