I also noticed a really neat detail that if it was intentional it holds a lot of meaning. At 1:06 when Ashfur is playing with the kits you can see the sillouttes of Squirrelflight and Brambleclaw. This is such a nice detail because it shows his journey of healing after the initial rejection. Hes finally able to walk past her and her partner while focusing on his new responsibility which is playing with Daisy's kits. You can see that Squirrelflight is smiling which indicates that because of Daisy's influence they never had a falling out or a "fire scene" so they either remained as friends or fully moved on.
YES! Finally, at least someone can make an AU with a good version of Ashfur. To be honest, I hate how Erens messed him up and missed a potential chance to make a good character out of him. It doesn't matter if the character is positive or negative, the main thing is his personality. Ashfur's personality it's just obsession and nothing else. This is not how character suppose to look like, and he is lame as an villain. Great to see something actually good😊
Omg same!!! He was such a cool dude as an apprentice and imo he even *did* have potential as a villain if they'd done it correctly but nahhh they threw all the good shit out and went for some lame incel obsession garbage instead 😂
This AU made me like ashfur. But this one specifically. 💀💀💀 he's so silly in my mind now. He is no longer that lame book version. He has transformed into his final form, and that is him, in this video. 🤗

I think Ashfur must have deserved the mental stability that they never gave him, as well as a healthy and beautiful love that several ships can barely achieve. (I'm thinking of myself AU oc for him) He really deserves to be free and happily healthy, and the big dramatic plots should be erased, like all deaths. ✧

Daisy is my favourite cat, I love her so much!!!! This is all out gorgeous. Your art and how the lighting changes at just the right moments, the daisy to symbolize hope and just how sweet this au is. Also toadstep juggling mossballs is peak! Daisy is by far such a sweet and loving character, and almost nothing good ever happens for her, she has out lived almost every single one of her children and yet she still keeps helping other mothers and basically raising more kits with them. She is a lovely character and this does her justice. Spiderleg is a bad dad but I love that you don't focus on him to long. There is something deeply sad about spiderleg as a character, everything seemed to go so badly for him just like daisy. It's like to the point that he sees daisy and his kids and he just doesn't think he deserves to be happy because he's scared of losing them, so he does the wrong thing and abandons them. He's not a good dad but there is a lot to the seemingly background background character (x2).
I hope you make more videos with this version of Ashfur. Other than that, I love your content. Keep up the great work. I know this video is 3 months old, but I just wanted to leave a comment.
