No such thing my friend, all martial arts are good. I've trained many of them and kendo is one of my favorites, but there is no such thing as the ultimate martial art.

The ultimate martial art. Along with Iaido, the purest form of spiritual-mental-physical (Shin-Gi-Tai) training.
