Since the 1990s the Italian Government Oil and Gas Organisation- CIMI - MONTUBI had been building Gas Reinjection Structures in Nigeria to prevent Gas Flaring. I am suggesting that Oil and Gas Companies in Nigeria should commence building re- injection structures over their Crude Oil producing outlets. The Gas which are re- injected into the ground would be sold with high profits in future.

Prof - I hope you are aware that DR imports a significant amount of the Crude oil that they refine. They import mainly from Brazil and USA. His PMS price benchmarks well when compared to international prices. I don’t believe that anyone can import high quality PMS and sell for a price less than Dangote is selling right now. I have done the checks personally. Anyone that tells you he can import for a cheaper rate should be closely watched. Also the price of PMS fluctuates based on the cost of crude oil. The cost in Nigeria will also be impacted on by changes in the USD/NGN exchange rate.

Imported products costing less than homemade product isn’t new to Nigeria and to many nations in the world. This is due to a number of reasons of which I feel the gentlemen on set can deduce.
China is the biggest emitter but China is also the biggest exporter.
The global south emits less but we should account for the products imported from China. Virtual emission or the carbon footprint of product would show a different graph when accounted for.
Finally nnpc should be scraped and all assets sold. The big issue of government running anything is that they have shown gross incompetence in managing anything.
The conversation on the IMF is something I only hear in Africa. I have lived in Europe, the Middle East and now North America and i never hear the social discuss centered around IMF recommendations. Africa needs to begin to seek African solutions to African problems. This talk of IMF recommends or suggest is rubbish. We can as well go back into being colonized.

Why do we keep comparing Dangote’s price with NNPC subsidized price? Do we know what NNPC’s unsusidized price before and after FX impact?

All these professors thinking they know how to prosecute a war against a terrorist group that doubles as government. Just funny

Ruben Abati has a natural hatred against Igbo's. Everybody knows this. It's something that's inside him. But Igbo's are bigger than that. Shame on Ruben Abati

Why do you feel he hate Igbo’s? Is it because he said the truth everyone knows and are usually quiet about for the sake of peace out loud? We need to live together as one and celebrate each other but I have no doubt that someone from the southwest, Edo, cannot go work in a Southeastern state government as an employee nor would it not be extremely difficult for them to work at Inosin Motors that is a private company. I saw the dynamics firsthand growing up in Nigeria. Although I will say outside of Nigeria, it becomes Nigerian or not? Which clearly shows how short sighted we have been in Nigeria with all the tribalism stuff.
Mind you I agree that the Southeast has been marginalized and there needs to be justice. I disagree and I am against the targeting of Igbos in Lagos that occured during the last election. That should not be allowed anywhere in Nigeria and it is sad that we still see things like that.

@@Better04It is not because he said what he THOUGHT to be"the truth".... (It has since then been clarified by a professor on this channel not to be), it is because when confronted with facts or a difference in opinion he refused to be receptive and instead became extremely hostile and defensive. If he were coming from a purely unbiased journalistic approach reporting what he heard then he should have been receptive to other information pending verification... But due to his ingrained bias he became hostile ,raising his voice and attempted to browbeat his colleague on international TV.. just for having a difference in opinion !!!?? That indicates something more than just someone offering a factual difference in opinion in my opinion that is a clear indicator of bias.

@@rolio9775 You are speaking of a particular case when he said something that you do not like. I have heard multiple outsiders saying the same thing when it comes to buying land in the East, and you are going to go around saying they hate Igbos because they are saying things that you do not like.
