If you watch the video until the end, you will see that I dropped the shovels and levelled the ground out nicely. Thanks for watching all of the video before commenting! 👍

Another great video! I grew up with "classic", "vintage" tractors when I was a kid in the 50's (they weren't as "vintage" back then LOL). Nice work on the field.
I like using a 7 to 10 foot tiller (which your tractor should handle with ease) for the final seedbed. Slower working, but just one pass needed.
I get the old school equipment and totally embrace it. I think a lot has been lost in the "electronic" tractor age. Thanks for preserving some of it!

@@FarmallFanatic They also do an incomparable job of mixing in manure. Unlike anything else available. Smaller tractors with more HP puts a smaller weight footprint on the soil structure.
I know you are educated LOL, I will shut up!

I really enjoyed watching you breakout the 756 ! I always like that style of Farmalls because my grandpa was on a 656 everyday . I only remember him discing with it one time other than that it always had a pig hauler on it . He had it where every tractor had its own job i'm guessing he didn't want to mess with changing stuff around on tractors and wear and tear on just using a couple of tractors . That lambs quarter is really healthy for the deer to eat . Thanks for sharing and have a great weekend !

I thought your neighbor had an empty corn crib but that is a batting cage and you have a softball field butting up on your property.
Dusty day like that I like the oil bath air cleaner over a paper cartridge. I do like the hydraulic action over our H. We just had a 10 foot cultipacker hooked up behind an 8 foot green disc. All drag equipment. Township used to love when we went to a 10 acre field off the main farm. Dad had the hydraulic pump to the H disconnected to keep it from wearing out. I had to hook it back up when I bought a 8 foot Dunham Lear cutimulcher. That's when I found out how slow the hydraulics were

Cory, I was wondering the same thing, ,, It seems pretty ineffective at erasing the furrow the disk left, and in many places the marks from the rear tractor tires. Some vegetation seems nearly untouched as well.
With Geno's aggregate based soils I was quite surprised to see that.
