Indeed, Maiden decided to release the European original formats in their re-releases, leaving off the US bonus tracks and the added track from the later versions of NOTB essentially deleting three tracks from availability. This, the studio version of Sanctuary, and Total Eclipse have been deleted out of the available catalog with these "improved" releases. Hopefully they will release a rarities album and put them back into the catalog that way.

I wish harris would release all the songs that he made in the 1970's. I heard that there was alot more songs that never made it on Iron maiden and killers. Steve harris said he doesn't want to release them though. One was a demo of purgatory from 1975 called " floating ".
I know Maiden had a demo as early as I think 76 out there, has to be impossible to find & in terrible shape but I love all the really old Maiden raw cuts.

I guess Di'anno was perfect for the 2 first albums and Bruce better for the stuff they released later . I had the chance to see Di'anno live back in 2003 when he still had a pretty good voice . It was amazing , they played only songs from the first two Maiden albums and they kicked ass big time . Beeing so young when he was fired from the band (like 5 years old ?) , it was like a dream coming true for me to be able to see him live .
