I like the idea of getting the TV mount installed. Basement is massive - love the layout. French Doors w/glass is elegant for the office. Dining room would be nice across from your office since the light fixture is there but understandable if you’re considering a playroom for kids. So much space! Love it all! Then the dining room will either be an actual dining room or a sitting room. That’s just my prediction 🙃

Congratulations! Your home is beautiful. I think herringbone is so much more because there are so many angled cuts. The backsplash looks great. It looks like it has subtle movement. When working with a builder, do they give you the option to get them to install a faucet or pulls that you pick out if you don’t like their options. Just wondering... We have purchased home, but never built. We removed a lot of builder grade fixtures that look cheap or very dated. If we move again, we may build to get exactly what we want.
