Handling errors to be expected in u20 rugby lads are just finished 6th year. Been watching the u20’s for a good 6 years and the amount of improvement from 6 years ago to now with u20’s is utterly astounding. Last years group were easily the best team I’ve ever seen and the 6 nations game against France the level of rugby player was better than some champions cup games.
@@Bkh0498 absolutely compared to decade ago the standard in u20 and schools is improving which is great for the game and of course irish rugby in general also great to see Andy Wards son playing well as Andy is a great fella i am from ballynahinch myself
Wonderful display by the young men! A replication by the Seniors will be much appreciated also. What an era to be an Irish Rugby player and supporter. Chons da ☘ for Saturday👍🏴☠☘
Excellent victory. Only one point of note, even if it is a bit on the negative side - most tries came from forward play. If the backs can increase their scoring ratio per game then that Ireland team will be almost unbeatable…..
Fantastic. Please if it can be helped, please don’t cheer when an opposition player gets a yellow. It’s doesn’t represent the team, the players or rugby in general. And I’m Irish. BTW.
Great result and not to be a whiner … when the ball is passed by a player behind a literal whistle line and is caught by a player in advance of said white line that is a forward pass The welsh was at least a 2 yard forward pass
@@zpopinfresh I would hate to be playing on that stuff , must be like playing on a carpet , no wonder it's wearing away . I'd like to know how the scrums feel about it , must be difficult to dig in and get a grip .
I noticed when the 2 black irish players powered over for a try no other irish players celebrated with them not even a pat on the back but when a white irish player scored celebrations are around .
Absolutely class. Well done you boys in green! Hopefully yous win the Grand Slam. And to our seniors too. Proud to be Irish. ❤️🇮🇪🏉☘️❤️
It’s nice to see that players who played for England u18 (Patrice Bell) come over to Ireland shows the clear Irish dominance in Rugby.
@@Omahagan in fairness given the choice I think most players would choose Ireland, they are streets ahead in development.
The Irish rugby is in a great place! May the best team win today !🏴
@@lloydc1092 the best team won 🇮🇪

Well done boys.... Fantastic performance tonight.... The future is bright for Irish Rugby with talent like this coming through...
Well done, a joy to watch this U20s 👍🇮🇪
Nice.... hope the bigger boys tomorrow bring their A game. Well done tonight 👏
Great to see Irish Rugby at all levels doing so well .
WOW! , Well done, lads, what a win some serious talent coming up through the irish ranks. ❤
Great game I’m going to start to watch more of Ireland u20 the ability is crazy (handling errors was a bit worrying tho)
There's a few good schools games on TH-cam. Fun watching those and picking out the future talent!
@@LeinsterExile ikr I watch some of those when I just want to watch rugby but I meant live cause the u20 crazy good

Great to see a full stadium for our young men..🎉

Great result , O'Connor the young fullback looks good
Hes very powerful!!!!
Them Sheehans love a try
Wow. What a statement 👏
I expect a similar score margin tomorrow for the seniors
Crazy to think this team is still under preforming despite the results. at schools level this group was considered to be more talented then last year
Did this man just say the "Black line" 0:18
I heard it at the time and started pissing myself 😂
I like how you spoiled the result in the video title, really enhanced my enjoyment of this video
Put a spoiler in the title of the video so we don't get to enjoy the suspense of seeing who wins
Aye. Good shout.
thats to warn the welsh fans not to waste their time watching lol
I think we're going to be seeing Ben O'Connor playing for Munster very soon 🤩
Serious wheels on him
Yeah he's like a 6f 10 Christian Cullen 😂@@markshields5883
Looks like we will have depth in the number 15 jersey after all.. looks a great prospect to take over from keenan 🇮🇪
awesome, thank you
@3:16 The referee should have instructed the Welsh player to wait until the ball-girl was off the pitch.
Might be an idea not to put the score in the title???

Why spoil the result in the title? Most people watch the highlights because they’ve missed the game so no need to spoil it for them. Disappointing
What’s the song they’ve been playing before the teams line out? Not the plastic paddy shite, the one before that.

just a little taster for saturdays game

Nah, it's part of the momentum of the game and an advantage of a home crowd. Why take it away?
If the yellow is warranted then i don't see the problem, the players know the rules.
if its a deliberate foul whats your problem
I'm Irish, but I still think it's unfair that Ben O'Connor is clearly 10 feet tall...

super!!!
A lot of the welsh lads look severely unfit
Ben HUR!!!
That pitch looks terrible .
Looks like astro turf, pretty common on uni grounds
I agree, the sheen off the pitch with the lights, and no turf being torn up with studs digging in@@zpopinfresh

Troll
Except they did. I watched it live. The highlights are cutting out the back slapping etc. Did you watch it live yourself?
The only black Irish are people like Colin Farrell and Pearce Brosnan.
