Amy that was impressive! And set Kyle a painful ride next time!!! Euphoria you're going up..up..up..up.uupp! Loreen she's a legend! Great content as always from you two 🚴♀️🚴♂️❤
I'm an avid cyclist and my wife and daughter both ride casually on rare occasions. We recently stumbled across your videos and have not only enjoyed them as a family, but my wife has added indoor cycling to her workout routine. I hold you and Kyle responsible for the way too-padded seat on my trainer bike now, but also glad you have sparked her interest in riding again! Keep on creating your fun and genuine content and we will keep viewing. (Also, we are from the States, but all 3 of us have added the expression, "bloomin heck" to our regular vocabulary! lol)
I know you’ve always ridden lower cadence but winter is a good time to train new skills. Try 1 min higher spinning, then boost it to a couple of minutes so on and so forth. It’ll really help clear lactate especially as part of a cool down ready for next ride
Great effort! I did it on ROUVY a few months back. Great fun. I’ve got the Kickr climb so it’s great to feel the gradient too. My effort was only 1:39 but then I’m 68 now fortunately I’m only 60kg which handy for hill efforts. I really love the places ROUVY lets me experience.
Your video immediately got me interested in Rouvy, as a climber who will never travel to any of these areas i am quite excited to go through the list. Loaded up the Alpe with no intention of really riding it today but ended up getting a good workout in. Thanks
Well done! You certainly pick the interesting weather days. Might need to change the channel title as I think running gets addictive. Less blisters cycling though!
Damn strong effort 💪🚲. I doubt I could get anywhere close to that even in full health. Going to give it a go afterwork tonight...... then probably put my bikes on eBay 🤣
Looks hard work 🥵 I've never used an indoor bike like this. Id imagine it been harder to breath In the warm air in the house rather than been outside in the fresh air
I do this on Christmas Eve. I am making this a Christmas tradition. I do it on FulGaz and it does start steep on their version. Then as Kyle says you get into a groove. Check out the Vacmaster cardio 54 fan. They are fantastic.
Way to go I have an idea you should put a map of the world on the wall behind you and put pins in it on places you have road. And thanks for all the great content your videos are very motivating.
Amy pulling 280 Watts after 14k of climbing. Looks like she is on her last leg as she finishes. 5 seconds later: "Next year I want to do it under 1 hour!" That's the spirit! How nice Kyle was given enough time to get a bigger cassette for the Mortirolo. That's a toughy with some very steep sections.
Wonder how it compares to Zwift? Hmmm, do your try for free offer. When you were selecting I kept muttering to myself ' Mortirolo .... Mortirolo' and you delivered. Thought Kyle's 'oh no ... oh, ok' was wonderful. Bottom line though, you're both having fun .... in an odd sort of way... and that what it's all about.
Rouvy in my opinion is the best available for realistic rides visually. They have a huge selection from around the world, plus races, group rides, and special ride with pros and etc.. Rouvy continues to improve the system, it's like getting more for your money! Where does that happen now? I can't stand the cartoon effects of Swift and loaded with cheats to the point of absolute obvious. It destroys the fun of challenging yourself against others. Rouvy will disqualify cheats and does monitor. Sure some get away, but not forever like Swift.
Amy, I don't understand those figures on your machine. I haven't got Roovy, Zwift and all that. I just do 16km = 10 miles on my ancient cycling machine every day now for 13 months and it takes me 28-30 mins but your setup said you did an hour-ish for 8.89 miles. Roovy + your gears simulates all the inclines along your journey, but surely it shouldn't double the time compared to my flat 16km?
I is very bad idea to have such effort just few days after you had flue… The worst side effects of the flu are complication during recuperating period. Heart, joint and over internal organs need time to get back to normal.
great ride & time, Amy the low cadence is a killer on a long climb, power = cadence + torque, you had plenty of torque, add in good cadence 80+ and you'll see a significant boost due to not fatiguing on climb. a bike fit will help engage core, just giving you some feedback as easy to do on indoor trainer. try an ftp test at low vs high cadence you'll see what I mean.
You’re the best Amy quite impressed. You guys are hilarious. You and Kyle. I enjoy your videos. Thank you.🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thanks so much!! Glad you’re enjoying the videos thanks for watching!

That cadence is hurting my knees just watching you 😂.. well done though! 👏
I’ve always been a gear grinder 🤦♀️😂 thanks!!

Well Done! That looked like Hard work💪
Smashed it Amy 👏
Thanks!! 😅
Well done! You certainly pick the interesting weather days. Might need to change the channel title as I think running gets addictive. Less blisters cycling though!
Haha yes will defo do more running…..once the blister heals 😭
I did this on Zwift a few years ago. 86 mins I think. It hurt! Well done!
Thanks!! And well done too!
Damn strong effort 💪🚲. I doubt I could get anywhere close to that even in full health. Going to give it a go afterwork tonight...... then probably put my bikes on eBay 🤣
Ahh thanks so much!! Let us know how you get on! Good luck!
Cracking effort Amy. Could you possibly do a video of you're indoor setup please.Thanks.
Thank you! Yes will include in Kyle’s challenge video in Jan ☺️
Looks hard work 🥵 I've never used an indoor bike like this. Id imagine it been harder to breath In the warm air in the house rather than been outside in the fresh air
Mont ventoux for kyle😮
Amazing!! I was shouting at the tv for you. Silly cos you can't hear me 😂
Thank you!! 😂

Ohh that’s a fab idea! Thank you ☺️
Excellent video. Confirms I have to try Rouvey looks a lot better than Zwift
It isn’t….but then this is an advert😊
Pate on toast rules!
Nice job 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🚴♂️
Wow nice Video❤
Thanks!!
Oof, this is going to be Spicy!
Great effort! 🎉 Your bike fit looks bit off right from the beginning, seems as if the bike is too long for you 😮 Keep pushing 💪
Good ride, but I’d sooner be out on the road! Well done!
What about dance Amy? 🎉
No energy for it this time 😂😂
@@amy.cycling.adventures You can always borrow the energy of those who loves you.😇 All the cyclists in Turkey who love you are always with you.❤️
Rouvy should add Amy’s signature dance with the avatar when you finish a challenge

Good luck to him 😂😂
Could not get rouvy code to work , something wrong with link?
It’s AMY has to be a single membership ☺️ it’s only for new members
Should try the Angliru next time
Amy, Stelvio would be a good pay back 😉
You may have just given Kyle an idea.
Awesome pace. What no dance? Lol. My best time was a little under one hour. I thought i was going to die,
That’s awesome! No energy for dancing 😂
Wonder how it compares to Zwift? Hmmm, do your try for free offer.

Those rear stays must be F***** with al that rocking side to side
How good is Rouvy? Love the videos Amy and Kyle you are both doing amazing things in the cycling community ❤

@ someone came past me on zwift doing 10.8 watts per kg last week 😂
We love it 🙌🙌

Try it and see ☺️☺️ it takes a lot longer up a climb 🥵 on a flat ride on Rouvy I usually do 20-22mph hills a lots slower!
It'd be great to see you try a challenge when you feel confident and strong enough to give it your best effort.
Great effort. Just an observation: your cadence i think is way too low. It will help a lot to soon at say 80😊
Great video, hey just for something a little different can we get Laura on the trainer having a crack.
Great job Kyle as wingman and fan in support of stationary champion. As Yoda masterfully said: “Not try… Do.”
I bet your neighbours love you 😅
Why grind such a big gear🤔
It’s how I’ve always ridden 🤦♀️😂
Strong legs
Just checking guys , Should the bike be moving that much side to side on the TACX trainer .
Oh yes
It has that flex built in.
Mine does and i have the plates on
Yes ☺️😅
Well impressed Amy. BTW Alp has an E at the end. 😉
Amy watch your lovely pinarello, sweat ruined my headset bearing
No action tonight, no action every night 😂😂😂 Kyle you made us laugh
😂😂

Drinking game, gee wiz = a shot
No sheepies?
Rouvy graphics so much better than Zwift. You would have done an even better time had you warmed up first.
Nicely done. Took me 20 minutes more and I was fuelled by dry roasted peanuts and not recovering from illness.
Next time make sure you are fully fit with no health issues and you'll beat your time easily Amy. 👍
Such an evil laugh setting Kyle his challenge 😂😂
😂😂 payback feels good!
Love paying 14 per month for being allowed to be smashed with ads, cant get that anywhere else.

Methinks Kyle may have miscalculated
WHY NOT TRY THE REAL ALPE D'HUEZ !!!! TOTALY DIFFERENT CLIMB THAN LOOKING AT A COMPUTER !!!! ????
We have done it in real life too ☺️
Haleakala, I'll just leave this here Kyle, you can thank me later 😂
Rouvy is shit.
Give Kyle the Angliru in Spain… 🚵🏼👍🏼
