It is not always the Head Gasket or cylinder head when you see coolant mix with oil, it is recommended to do inspection and some testing like cylinder head leak test, compression test, coolant leak test and pressure test, visual inspection and etc.
and you have to know what mixing with what and where, in this video the Transmission fluid mixed with the coolant in the coolant system, of course I did all the above tests, and I confirmed the radiator is the problem and specifically the Transmission cooler inside the radiator, luckily there was no coolant in the transmission but I still flushed the transmission and replaced the fluid and transmission filter and gasket just to be on the safe side, I flushed the coolant system with water and replaced the thermostat and new antifreeze.

Did you replace just the cooler or the whole radiator?

The cooler were located inside the radiator, replacing the radiator would essentially mean replacing the cooler as well. In the case where the cooler is external, as is common in many SUVs and trucks, a leak would occur outside of the cooling system, not within it.
