I have been watching your videos for about a year now and have never commented but I just can't go any longer, I may just burst if I don't post a THANK YOOOOOU comment!! Angela, thank YOU for taking the time to share with us your life and tips you've learned along the way! I mostly listen when I'm cleaning around the house and you always motivate me to keep at it while I'm listening/cleaning. Also side note I am starting Homeschool this year with my 5 year old, nothing crazy but she's definitely showing signs of eagerness to learn, and I am so excited to keep watching your videos on homeschooling too! God Bless you and your family lady! Thank you for being you! -Brittany Moran
This video was such a helpful reminder that I dont have to have the world of housework in one day yo feel successful! Im incorporating the ten minute tidy into my home routine. Thank you!!
I like the idea of taking 10 minutes to tackle a spot in the house because I easily get distracted and this keeps you more focused on the task at hand. Setting a timer is a great idea, as well. Thank you for the tips!
Great points! My biggest advice is to put things back where they live right after using the thing. Then then it doesn't ever pile up. The other issue most people have is that they have way too much stuff to begin with. I am by no means a minimalist! But, if you find your house getting cluttered on a regular basis, you probably have too much stuff for your space.
YES! Something I tell my family on a daily basis! “If everyone just put whatever they use back after done using, it would make my life easier” otherwise I’m the 1 that ends up putting it away
Alright, alright, I'm going to go vacuum upstairs. 😂 You'd think at some point we would learn, and remember, that most tasks we put off, really don't take that long to complete. 😊
After watching this video I actually took the time to vacuum my sofa + took an extra 10 minutes to vacuum the whole house plus clean the vacuum itself before putting it away. Still 20 minutes and the thing I was dreading the most (vacuuming the sofa because I was lazy) is done!
I have never seen so many make up brushes until now. Wow. It was fun watching you declutter. It overwhelmed me to watch the before parts of your spaces. I have a very small and extremely tidy home all the time. I always tell people that if they struggle to declutter, they should do 15 minutes. I think 10 minutes is too fast. I am a professional certified carbon footprint reducer (includes decluttering) and 10 minutes doesn't get people motivated enough. Sometimes when people clean for 15 minutes, it motivates them to go for another 15 and sometimes longer. Just my little bits of advice. I can understand that having a larger family makes things more difficult (I only have a family of 5 and know you have a larger family and a larger home). Get your kids in helping you for sure too!
Someone who helps lower your carbon footprint. A carbon footprint is the impact you and your stuff have in the emissions of carbon you release in the world. The less stuff, the lower the footprint, which helps the environment and your own too.@@jcastro91235
This Is great I do a similar thing. I do all my general cleaning daily or when I have a day off. But I always give myself one bigger task to do like clean a few drawers out , clean the fridge ,clean some windows one extra job that doesn't get sone every day. Love it
This is awesome!! I like to do a “10 minute tidy” but you have some great ideas of things to do. Some of these tasks I hadn’t thought about doing in 10 minutes. ❤
Another great video…that I’m watching while cleaning! I chuckled when you said that because I do it all the time. At the 4:24 mark, is that a travelers notebook? Do you use that for planning? I’d love a video on it, if so! I’m a planner junkie big time!
Oh my goodness! I am on top of getting rid of stuff and I still feel like I have too much crap. Honestly... lol. The Minimal mom is great to watch too.
Thank you for this inspirational video. Obviously, you have given much thought to each of these possible 10 minute sprint cleaning areas and you have provided detailed instruction on how to approach them. 🙂
Maybe off subject but I was reading in the book of Acts this morning & it mentioned "Fair Havens" (Acts 27: 1-12)...it reminded me of you...isn't that the name of your cute farm? ❤❤❤❤️
Lol! The email one got me! I have… 21,689 unopened emails… hahaha! It stresses me out every time I open my phone and see that red badge with that huge number!
Saw a short the other day by a Dr saying that makeup brushes often have more germs than a toilet including staph and ecoli etc and it can cause rashes that look like hives and they don't respond to normal treatment BC drs often think it's cystic acne or hives first, meanwhile you've got a bacterial infection all over your face and neck... For real, wash your makeup brushes or use things that are disposable!

Yep- if it can't be put away easily then it's just too much! 👏🏻
This is so true 😊.

Yes! I try to live by that rule as well -- put it back where it belongs!
@@Nittanyliongirl RIGHT?!! Idk what’s so hard about doing that tho!!

3 Golden Rules to learn and teach your family:
PICK-UP
PUT-UP
CLEAN-UP AFTER YOURSELVES
Once everyone has learned the habits, it changes your life.:)
Yes! I keep telling my family this!!! Cuz I sure do it!
I don’t understand why I can’t remember what I can do in 10 or 15 minutes. Thanks for reminding me.
Make a list of things and put it on your fridge or bathroom mirror so you see it multiple times every day!
Maybe off subject but I was reading in the book of Acts this morning & it mentioned "Fair Havens" (Acts 27: 1-12)...it reminded me of you...isn't that the name of your cute farm? ❤❤❤❤️
What tricks do you recommend for removing animal fur from clothes in the laundry? (I dont have a dryer, so something for the wash?)

How do you get baseboards clean easily? Hands and knees with a wet rag is annoying! 😂
As a new mom who is starting to suspect she has undiagnosed ADHD 😬 I needed this lol.
Where to put the homeless items ?
❤
The popping noise is too loud but besides that good video
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍💕💕
But the video is 12 minutes so I missed the last 2 🥺🤣
