Erastus Ofula is remembered by many people as the man who never gave up on his wife Roselyn. When we aired his story last year, many of you could not believe that such true love exists. He held on to his wife, cleaning, feeding and singing to her until she passed on. Now he is back to talk to us about life as a single dad raising two boys and why we should never give up on the people we love.
He sat down with our reporter Lynn Ngugi for this follow up

It was great watching this video. I lost my wife too a few years ago after a long illness. I remember some friends even asking me why i won't leave her...i stuck with her to the end though.

I have followed the two videos and highly impressed by Erastus Ofula. I don't want to repeat what others have said. I have three comments for Mr. Ofula. :1) While still looking for some employment, I would suggest that you visit some Publishers and find out who can guide you to writing a story about the experience you underwent and more so since I believe your wife came from a different tribe. You could promote the book, and believe me, almost every Kenyan and others will buy it, since you have created a big follow up. Do it NOW while its still fresh. 2) If you are a member of a church see how you can join the counselling section to enable you meet many church goers. 3) You can also talk to the various TV/Broadcasting Houses, I am sure some could have you something to offer you in the meantime even if it was temporary do in spreading Love Peace and Unity among families. You may be God sent to bring families together.
