When I was in my late teens there was an older woman who befriended me. She told me her husband finds me beautiful. I told her I wasn't interested in Kenyan men because of the way they treat women. Good thing my mom had warned me not to go to people's houses so I was at her shop. Nilijitoa hapo pole pole and never talked to her again.
