- Dokaflex 30 tec ist ein Handschalungssystem für die Decke, das durch geringe Kosten pro Einsatz punktet. Der hochbelastbare Schalungsträger I tec 20 als Jochträger ermöglicht deutlich größere Stützenabstände. Da für die gleiche Schalungsfläche weniger Material eingesetzt wird, beschleunigt sich der Aufbau um 15 Prozent, die Material- und Logistikkosten reduzieren sich.

Der Manan Joshi! As you probably know forming times always depend on site conditions, quality of workers and building geometry. Based on our internal measures we are about 20% faster than the standard Dokaflex. For the full cycle in a regular level from striking the level below to assembling the next level plus infill areas we calculate 0,25h/m² (8h for 100m² with 3 people or 200m² with 6). The reason for this speed is 30% less material to handle. This results also in 30% less damages, less cleaning effort and transport volume. Have a great day!

very nice system
Ive worked with alot of systems.This system is good when you have flat level floors but in high rise what are you going to do when you have drains and need slops ?
Dear Andrew, thank you for your comment! This system is actually barely used as the main part of the ceiling of highrise projects. Since in highrise there are many floors, mostly slab tables come into play (with joist solutions). They enable fast progress and transport of formwork. However, sometimes we have projects, where tables and other systems are not possible due to e.g. geometry of the building. 2.32-2.38 после бетонирования два щита с подрезкой П-образной вокруг колонны демонтировать не получится. Будут ломать, что бы снять и в дрова. А как же оборачиваемость щита? Даже подрезанный щит может пройти несколько оборотов применения.
Да, вы правы, панель может сломаться в момент распалубливания. Это зависит от размера колонны и выреза в плите, а также от качества 3-С панелей которые есть у вас в наличии. В качестве альтернативы можно поменять направление укладки панелей или резать лист на детали меньшего размера. Лист фанеры/3-С желательно резать в форме буквы Г, а не П.
