@alex.fastov So far, for me, I am 4'11 and my pack is a small size. It's not comfortable for me, but I really love the bag. That's why I am still using it.
Are the side pockets on the unbound more accessible than the southwest? Im 66 and the pockets on the southwest are pretty much unreachable when walking for me
I own the SouthWest because I do a lot of bushwhacking. I still to this day don't understand why they put a water bladder holder in. I wonder if ANYONE actually uses it?
I use them, just almost never for water bladders. Instead, other dense objects go there like air mattress, tent poles, and avy probes or long objects that I want to stay flat like wind deflectors. Honestly it’s a feature I wouldn’t like to give up.
@@CProgression you have to measure your torso length. HMG has a turturial on how to measure from home so you can order the correct size. But the better sure way is go to your local outdoor retailer and have them measure as you try on various packs too. Once you know your torso size you should be able to order the correct sizing. If you order and its not right, HMG will allow you to exchange it for the correct size
the Unbound 40 is a legendary pack!
absolutely in love with it
I own an unbound 40. Happy to have this pack. ❤

"...If you get fitted properly..." Where is this being done?

First weight in grams, then on oz. Just do metric system or both.
thanks for the suggestion. i started doing both in my newest vid because of it.
Which of these is the most comfortable
My favorite of these is the Unbound 40, checks all the boxes for me.
