I saw Elvis and this guy in person is the closest I have seen to what Elvis did. He puts on a great show. We will never see Elvis again and if you did not see him, you should see Elvis Wade. He is the next best thing.
No-One can replace Elis but this guy was given a very good singing voice and he used it to make money and people were not forced to see him, I never did. But it filled a hole when Elis passed. It is known that Elvis himself was at this guy's concert and gave him a standing ovation. So that means something! There is ONLY one Elvis, long live the KING!
You're not seeing Elvis Wade at his best. When young in 1978, he was something to behold. My buddy and me were the "Union Soldiers" that carried his ass off the stage in Brighton Michigan after he sang The Southern Trilogy BETTER THAN ELVIS to close show. He offered us and another buddy playing the "Union Officer" $40 ea, all 3 turned it down!!
Johnny Harra was the first he started in 1959 Wade did not start untill 1968. There are others that sang to his records once in school show. But harra is the first to make a career out of impersonating Elvis.
Wait... Didn't "Johnny Harra AKA Harry Lee Lovett" also claim to have been "THE FIRST?" And there are or were a few others who also claimed that title! But anyway, no matter who the "First" actually was does NOT make that person the BEST, enough said.
I hope these people didn’t have to pay much money to see this cheap performance of someone that don’t look anything like Elvis or sounds like him. Sorry but the didn’t see any talent either
