Trout fishing opening weekend with NEW BAITS! Soft plastics and a surprise fish!

Tried some crappie magnets and pre rigged swim baits today with success! Never tried these two before now, they got me some trout, but also a surprise bass at the end!
Fishing is picking up good and I’m glad to be back at it. The trout are fired up, the bass are starting to feed, life is good!

Crappie magnets and trout magnets work great on trout, tried them last summer with lots of success. The red and black combo worked best for me. I think they call that colour bulldog. Anyways great video. Have a good week.

Ive probably only landed 2 or three trout on trout magnets. I always lose em after a hook-set. But I’ve had tons of luck using them on bluegill. I was shocked a trout took the crappie magnet cause the jig-head I had was pretty meaty, but hey, super pumped it worked!
