Listen to Darius J Wright. He does OBE weekly and claims souls can exit the realm / construct and go to the soul world by free will. He also claims the earth realm is a flat stationaty plane amd there are 11 further realms outside of Antarctica. Our central realm is the toughest.
This past spring, I found about 60 abandoned cinderblocks deep in the woods behind my house. I decided I would gather all the blocks into my yard and make raised beds from them. While carrying these cinderblocks from the woods and drudging them up the giant hill up to my yard, I started thinking of every one I've ever known. I was considering which of these people were my soul mate(s). That exercise led me into remembering many things that I (chose to?) forget, and that sent me into an absolute brutal life review that lasted for the next 8 hours. The main lesson l discovered was that I'm living in a glass house. I am a liar, cheater, and a thief. Little did I know, I am guilty of waaaay more than I was willing to confront about myself before. I came out the other side of this shadow work feeling very humbled to say the least.
Your task of bringing those blocks to your house is very symbolic don't you think? Dragging a heavy load; very cathartic for you I feel. You created very vivid images with your story. I could almost see you.

Now that you mention it, by moving them I turned something burdensome into something productive and nurturing. Over the last 40 years I have taken a nap for one hour a day and even if I don't sleep I say to myself. Think of nothing. After so many years of doing it. I am a pro at thinking about nothing. It's a good skill to have for sure.

To me, the beings in the afterlife are the beings belong to archons who do not have the divine spark in them so I would not say they cannot be us. This prison plane is definitely a farm to feed the loosh energy.
Howdie is %100 right about looking at this stuff. People do not want their comfort zones to be destroyed so cognitive dissonance prevents them from doing the work or spending time to look at it because of their “priorities”. I am grateful that I am able to go deep down the rabbit hole and it has been part of my life for a long time.
My thing is being aggravated at having to work so hard to find “the work”/answers/information! I didn’t ask to be thrown into this $hit show. I was tricked/stolen/kidnapped or certainly one of those and put here by an entity other than myself!! If you go deep into Non-duality, you will realise that all is One-ness, and that there is no time, so there's No past or future, thus no history. There are No separate individuals anywhere , so no authority above you because there's only absolute One-ness and "you" are that. There is no separate "you" as a person anywhere and never had been, it was all just imagination. It's all a game, a simple game called "thoughts and imagination".
The world does Not exist, it's all illusionary and based on belief systems created by the mind. I know it seems very-very real but it's an illusion (It would be a very poor illusion if it's too easy to spot that it's an illusion, it has to be convincing).. So there is no world, no others, no past, no future as it's all just an appearance where Nothing is being everything, and everything is Nothing.
Understand this and you will be liberated because the is no "You" to be liberated.
I respect Howdie's intention to escape reincarnation yet find his recapitulation strategy both neurotic and quixotic in the sense that even the most comprehensive pre-review inventory couldn't possibly encompass every significant moral event, nor therefore forestall every life-review regret over not having acted a bit more compassionately, particularly if, as he claims, he begins at the compassionless age of 4. Even to begin in adulthood, when he apparently didn't find it necessary to include the person serving him fries at McDonalds, how can he be certain that the young lady behind the register wasn't desperate to capture his attention and crestfallen by his utter lack of interest?
In other words, how can he know what he doesn't know -- that which he never perceived? Rather than create a supposedly exhaustive list of mea culpas, which is in itself surely a symptom of an obsessive compulsive tendency, he ought to address the need to be so very comprehensive in his preparation -- which undoubtedly comes at the cost of less self-focused endeavors -- and instead accept the impossibility of a perfectly contemplated life and so renounce control of this no doubt oft-challenged afterlife process, while at the same time expanding his general embrace of the invalidity of moral judgment, both as it hinges upon our supposed free will and as it ignores a necessary if imposed, and natural if painful maturation process.
Incidentally, have you considered the possibility of interviewing psychic mediums for answers as to the proper strategy, gleaned from souls who have escaped? Or would such escapees by definition currently be unreachable? (And do mediums themselves enjoy a greater chance of escape than everyone else?)

Loved this conversation! I hate all the deception in this realm that we experience from the powers that be. Looking at the old world buildings, I wish I lived in those days where I feel there was an advanced civilization that cared for each other and they had time to learn and love. We are slaves in this era. It's infuriating! It's really tough being awake and aware. The mass cognitive dissonance is crazy. I was asleep for awhile though, raising kids, working as a slave in the system. It was easy being ignorant, there seemed to be no need for real change but now i feel the whole system needs a reboot!

Yes this era is negative but maybe it's actually better in a way, it's easier to detach and be pushed towards truth than if everything was positive. Like Howdie Mickoski said it's easier to wake from a nightmare than a nice dream.

Everytime I listen to howdie, the only take aways I get from it is the odds of anyone making it out is slim to none. He knows no more than any other human who has never actually died. Forest from the trees. Howdie never addresses death as a state. Nirvana. He wants you going into the first light, continuing endlessly, etc. without knowing what he's talking about. If consciousness isn't true, then a lack of consciousness is. And... if you are wrong to manifest death as the way out, the next phase will push you through the void.

Such a fascinating conversation. There were several sections I had to listen to twice to begin to grasp the subtleties of information caged in the limitations of language. We incarnate here in animal form with a language based brain. The idea that we should have to apologize or repay some debt for our actions is, in itself, a definition of intentional cruelty. From John Lash's book "Not in His Image" pg 285 he quotes an excerpt from a Gnostic text, The Apocalypse of James": "The Master said: James, behold, I shall reveal to you the path of your redemption. Whenever you are seized and you undergo death-pangs (mortal fear), a multitude of Archons may turn on you, thinking they can capture you. And in particular, three of them will seize you, those who pose as toll collectors. Not only do they demand toll, but they take away souls by theft." The Gnostic master instructs James to repel the Archons by recalling how they originated and whence he, James, himself originates: ....etc. etc." I'd be interested to know if Howdy's translation is similar to this.
It sounds as if the astral plane of the afterlife may have been changed to include the "love bomb". We must set a very strong intention to maintain our skeptical selves when under it's influence. It is an emotional feeling more powerful (in a positive manner) than anything we have experienced here in this realm. The power of the "love bomb" to negate any adversarial or skeptical posture, ie: "us versus them", must be recognized. We must give up our outrage and remember, at some point, we agreed to come here. Many near death accounts say they were told that they had agreed, contractually, to come here and must "complete" their agreement. At that point, our response might be most effective if we revoke and rescind any and all oaths, vows, commitments, energetic ties or contracts that we have ever taken in this form or another.

@@FlatEarthEric This is why I also argue that we are NOT held in bondage by our birth/ berth certificates and the word trickery of admiralty law, no matter how the doom-mongers argue that we are, since the very fact they had to resort to trickery to get our parents to register us in such a way, means they were not making a decision under informed consent. That nullifies any hold that any such "contract" may ever have had. No-one in their right mind would ever agree to the slavery that they attempt to place us under if the details were all revealed to them in no uncertain terms ... which is precisely why they don't do so! This is entirely analogous to the whole "soul contract" idea.

There’s something very depressing about all of this. Because the electronic prison that’s been constructed here in the earth realm has made a total mess of our human experience. Even our most basic human needs aren’t being met anymore. Now it seems that nobody wants to come back. And why would anybody want to return to this place? This neo-feudal system that’s being ushered in is a total bastardization of God’s creation. Our souls can’t grow here.
150 years ago, I think I would have welcomed the opportunity to come back. Even though the world wasn’t perfect then, there were still enough opportunities for us to grow and form meaningful relationships. That doesn’t exist anymore.
I would agree with you. Knowing however how I have grown from this imperfect arena I wouldn't trade that. It may be that there is something in our souls that does awaken, grow and in some areas even thrives here, it may be worth a lot, (but not quite enough!) That may be the only comfort. Other than that, I've seen this movie, not into seeing it again.

Thanks so much Eric and Howdie for this in depth discussion about the nature of reality. All od these topics dance around in my mind constantly. I have enjoyed all of Eric's work, but Howdie is not someone I have been exposed to before. Both of your insights give me a sense of peace and hope because it is so refreshing to know that there are others thinking about this dimension and others in the same way as myself. I studied theology and philosophy and psychology in university 30 years ago, and I adopted the philosophical approach of skepticism very early on. Similar to you all, I eventually came to believe that there must be some sort of creator but that creator may not be omnipotent and all loving as so many of us have been taught to believe. I have lived a solitary life for many years and have experienced life capitulation. I have also observed the patterns of my past behaviors and relationships as Howdie suggested. It does seem to me that this dimension may be designed to teach us life lessons. With all of that said, the easiest way for me to deal with the problem of evil here is to imagine that simulation theory is absolutely real and that our responsibility here is to be the best version of ourselves, which includes treating others as we want to be treated. This concept exists in all of the major religious literature. Nowadays, I am trying learn to look for opportunities to help others I encounter in my day to day activities. I try to treat my life like it is actually a spiritual simulation virtual reality game, and my goal in the game is to be the most compasaionate avatar I know how to be. I do not always live up to my own expectations, but I try harder every day. Like Eric, I have spent my whole life pondering the idea of an afterlife and what that might be like. I wish I had some answers there, but I don't. So, I guess I am trying to live like this dimension is my only chance to live my best life, and if there is a creator or creators , maybe they will take that in to consideration when giving my next assignment. You guys covered so much material in such a thoughtful way that I found so relatable, thanks again for that. It is nice to know folks are thinking about these ideas. Keep up the great work.

your comment inspired me to write this, as i was reading your shared words about doing the best you can. i felt something in my heart, heard an orchestra in my mind for a split second and in my eyes i felt the emotion beaming from my heart while i felt like my mind immediatly understood it cannot overshout the heart this time and just flowed with it. its in the little things where i get reminded. then i came to realise that i cannot be the only one who have felt the overwhelming feeling/experience/emotion what i consider to be sublime love. It brakes me down everytime into complete surrender. like the whole mindweb is coming down. It is so overwhelming and powerful, it always comes in slowely and never rushed like some mental stimulation. this love can even hurt but it cannot be compared to pain. isn't this love the true energy or source we all belong to? a glimpse of the absolut? (i hear now: You still wonder why you left the picture but you never left the frame.) because it always feels like home and indeed: you do not want to do anything in that moment its absolute. But there is always this pull that doesn't want me to stay there for too long. It feels like something other than me or maybe its a projection of my own seperation knocking on the door to remind me where im not while I am

I don't believe that is true. I spent most of my life in ignorance, and there was no bliss. I see ignorant beings stumbling around everywhere, and they are not living blissful lives. IMO, it's more of a dehumanized numbness, but certainly not bliss.

Great talk Eric and Howdie. Thanks for sharing your insights and thinking. I like Howdie's suggestion to focus what I want and instead what I don't want. What I want is an existence without deception, manipulation, or trickery to infringe on the will of others.
I’ve said for a while that beliefs are the most dangerous thing - people generally don’t like that train of thought. Most people think they know something and I’m so glad that I know I don’t know.
I’m a listener and love hearing everyone’s whacky beliefs.
I value them all and think they could all be right and all be wrong at the same time.
The first play I ever saw was Waiting for Godot and that’s what my life seems to be like….always waiting - luckily I have patience.
I have reviewed my life and relationships (it’s an ongoing process), forgiven myself and others and found this to be one of the greatest tools for healing and growth.
The psychopaths running this shit show are like the psychopaths running the astral. It’s all the appearance of legitimacy and getting us to consent.
I love mediums/light-workers/etc and the like, and value their generally good intuition but they trust too much in what they think they know….even though they are also aware of deception in others realms. I have very little trust of any belief systems.
I have several piles….the unlikely pile, the likely pile, the very likely pile and of course the very unlikely pile.
Individual consciousness is challenging enough but collective consciousness and unity mindset….this seems particularly daunting to achieve due to the great work of the psychopath controllers….and that’s even if we could stop the fluoridation/transhuman mind control and general rampant programming and indoctrination that has occurred.

This may well be a dream world, or a simulated reality, but when you are a mother engaged in a life or death struggle with a two year old who is so sick they are choking on their own vomit, life becomes VERY real, very quickly! I suppose if you had no responsibilities other than to yourself, over a period of years you could imagine all manner of 'matrix escape practices' for yourself. This is not the case for the vast majority of people.
I think that's precisely the point. The majority of people do not have time to even consider what this place actually is! Most people are occupied with career, jobs, religion, achievement, money, survival, social status, kids, family, friends, hobbies. By design to stop you from asking questions.

I thought this was an amazing interview. One of the best I've come across. But I still have doubts about the life recapitulation. My questions are:
1. If the character is ultimately false, do we want to spend 4 years of our life going over the experiences of the false character? Is that the best use of our time?
2. If it is a simulation and it resets, what happens if the last reset was recently, as Howdie has maintained could be true. So if it reset in 2017 hypothetically, all our memories prior to that would be implanted memories. Do we want to spend years going over implanted memories?
3. A big part of the after life trick probably pertains to consent. So if we think doing the life Recapitulation will help us "argue better" with the entities, have we just given our consent? Why not ignore them completely? And deny their authority to judge us or even interact with us?
4. I did a dream journal for a long time and finally came to the conclusion that the details of the dreams are largely useless. What started to stand out was the emotion that was being elicited in each dream. That was the truly important thing. In that case, I could see that the life recapitulation would be valuable, if focusing on the emotions. Who and what is spinning the dream (daytime and nighttime dreams/simulations) and why do they want these particular emotions (mostly negative ones)?
All valid points. I have gone over my emotions and I have realised, as a higly sensitive person, most of those feelings aren't even mine. I've just been reflecting those that already excist in my immidiate surroundings. Like an amplifier. I've been working on detatchment of my character and I've noticed that I don't actually have many feelings at all.
I strongly agree with point 3. I would deny those 'things' any access to me. I'm practicing this now by creating a mental wall between me, my location/perimeter and any threats.

My problem is that Howdie constantly spews word salads without context or examples... For example... When he said ultimate truth is better when you least expect it and might not be real if you did expect it because you might have manifested it. Like what? What ultimate truth did no one expect? Every single thing that Eric says he backs up with examples or context by relating it to a similar topic. In my opinion, it seems like Eric actually knows what he is talking about and Howdie just keeps repeating, "that's hard to explain."

Yes, there is no external source we need to merge with because we are the source ourselves. We are all individual gods and creators. It doesn't make sense for there to be only one being in all of existence; it would have to divide itself to avoid loneliness. If its nature were to remain as one, it would stay unified and not divide itself in contradiction to its inherent nature.

I wrote a journal entry last week and when I heard Howdie at 14:00 discussing self I recognized the uncanny synchronicity - "This week I experienced an impression of my existence being trapped inside a construct similar to a video game. The controller of the game, which is consciousness, has its eyes on the character in the game, which is my ego, at all times, so much so that the consciousness absolutely forgets that it is playing a game and believes that the character is "real". When thinking of this my consciousness snaps out of the video game illusion and remembers that the ego only exists in the video game world and doesn't exist outside of it. This viewpoint allows my consciousness to perceive my self as nothing all that important, nothing to fret over, and to accept both negative and positive experiences lightly. How would reincarnation make sense if people can just decide to have another baby whenever they like? The fluctuations of population would demand increase or decrease in available souls for babies to inhabit. What happens to souls that don't have babies to inhabit? What happens as souls are made? What happens when souls are lost?

most human beings are empty NPC programs nowadays. The soul choses the body. If there is no soul chosing the specific body, it stays an NPC. That way, people can have as many babys as they want. In my opinion, it shouldn´t be like that. The flood of NPCs forces the souls into their robotic, cold, superficial society.

Great discussion, Eric! The biggest takeaway for me is to always remain skeptical. Afterlife beings, you have to prove to me I can trust you. Sorry, it's what life on Earth does to a person. I've read a couple of experiences where people question or ignore the first beings they encounter and then find themselves interacting with a source. They often describe it as being all that is in potentiality and actuality. They also describe personally, and I emphasize that part, being a part of the source as a compound unity in a sort of 'celebration' or a parent-child knowing.
Some people do report pre-birth memories. I find Christian Sundberg's story particularly interesting. He describes remembering why he chose to come to this place and a false start he had where he abandoned his body shortly after entering it. There are other interesting bits like that. I think you'd like it.

Using negation to find truth (finding what remains) is key. Learning from NDEs is important. Seeing the forest for the trees is important. Using this life to prepare for what's to come (prepare to not go to the light, to be a skeptic of the entities, to not get judged, for the love bomb, for the Life review etc), examining if you really want to end the cycles and give "everything" up, who you really are, infinitely forgiving yourself, being a skeptic of the entities you encounter, practicing autonomy, doing our own life review right now while in the body.. So weird I did a bunch of self work doing emdr & I always thought my husband was sent too stop me from being my true self. He became extremely difficult as he was dying here & I felt like I was back at stage 1 some nights listening too his sundowners ramblings. He's been gone 3 months and I am literally having Experiences while i'm awake where I feel like i'm watching myself & having vivid memories of my life that include smells & I navigated him thru the hospital system during the superscary cooties mask & jab free ! It was so frustrating but I refused to back down. You're one of my favourite channels, Eric. I don't know if you'll read this, but I'll pass on some helpful comments.
There's a noticeable pattern in your content recently; one of discontent with the world and with existing in the world - videos like "Questions for the creator" and especially the interview with Mark Devlin. To me, it very much seems like you are resisting 'what is'. Where does that resistance come from? It makes me wonder that it may be rooted in some past hardship or adversity, likely in youth, as is the case for most people. I helpfully suggest you to consider this. As is often said: We don't react to the present; we react to our past.
You said in one of your older videos that as you learned truths of the world, you were screaming into a pillow. That's a profound reaction, strongly indicative of it being a trigger of past mental/emotional pain. For me, learning the truths of the world was very different. It was absolutely amazing. Despite some very dark and nasty truths, it was liberating and a sense of relief, almost like my mind subconsciously always knew, and a relief to become consciously aware of it.
You said in another video, "Why is everything eating everything else?". Again, this has a striking resistance to 'what is', and very skewed to the negative. I would counter this with saying "Why is there joy, happiness, laughter, art, beauty, generosity, the deep sense of satisfaction for selfless acts, etc.?".
The interview with Mark Devlin was quite dark, I must say, with both of you pretty much saying you did not want to be here. I'm a similar age to you and live alone with a simple life, yet I'm so content and at peace, never lonely, never longing. Not only do I want to be in the world, I feel like I *need* to be here to help people. Why should the feeling be any different for you? Because the world is observably so terrible? But that's a mental interpretation from past mental & emotional conditioning! Can you see how the problem may not be out in the world, but rather the mental interpretation applied by your mind?
Overall, your recent content is screaming 'resistance' to me. You could consider whether or not your inner state is causing a somewhat dark interpretation of existence. Realise the unreality of the past and time-based mental narratives. The subconscious and body does not know the difference between real or imagined. Strengthen the sense of the present moment. It's not to deny past hardship, nor to deny that the mind as a useful tool, but it's important to loosen its pull.
Keep on "helping" and watch exactly what you get for it. Without exception, in all cases. Sooner or later. Now or next week or next month or next year. Your good deeds are not welcomed here. Ask me how I know (I am of the same nature but know better than you, apparently. You experience the same stuff, you either don't recognize it or in denial.) Thank you and you're welcome for the truth, today.
On being forced to come back...of course, we don't know how many people said they didn't want to come back and stayed there. However, there are plenty of NDE reports where people were given the choice to stay or come back, and they chose to come back. There are even some reports where the beings being interacted with were surprised the experiencer wanted to come back.
It seems there's more to consider here.

The ‘not knowing’ living by faith. The certainty of ‘knowing the truth when it presents itself’. The ‘giving up all earthly possessions’, being in the world but not of the world.
The Bible much like many other ancient texts hold incredible information - written in allegories and metaphors.
The old world held so much reverence for our creator - reflected in the architecture, art, music, poetry and books, as well as the ancient texts. This knowledge and their teachings have been veiled from us, which makes this journey that much more difficult.
Truly one has to give up of ALL beliefs and/or perceived ‘knowledge’ of our realm, and be just be open to receive truth.

That original pleroma world, could allow existence of a less capable creators even insane ones, for one specific reason, the so-chewed "free will", simple but insane.
I have a theory that one of the main ways they get us to keep coming back is physical intimacy. It’s an attachment that seems almost nearly impossible to resist when faced with the heavy manipulation at the end of life. Just a theory but something to ponder nonetheless.

The Soul Trap theory is fascinating, but I find many of its proponents tend to misrepresent what's in the vast majority of NDEs concerning life reviews. Experiencers almost never mention being guilt-tripped in the review. In fact, they often stress that it was completely lacking judgment, and those that report judgment report it as self-judgment. Having to come back seems a separate consideration. Experiencers are told they have to come back because their work is not done, not because they were bad in some way and need to atone. That work is often not clear, but it seems to often be in line with Eric's idea of source experiencing itself in totality (including that which it is not so it can better know what it is).

I've never seen or heard anything about astrology that was interesting or worth my time.

What if this realm is about learning what we want and what we don’t want for creating a reality which is more on par with what we want to experience?
This realm is a realm of lack and “being without” what we really want. It’s almost comically bad, a sour milk that makes us not want to stay here, so it’s evil is part of not getting stuck and having a high incentive to get out. It’s a bad movie. If the cinema wants you to stay it makes sense to make the movie unbelievable and even unbearable. If you want to come here but don’t want to get stuck. You can take something away from the experience and learn what you really value and need. Plus not get stuck. Maybe not getting stuck is a fail safe in its design.
It’s clear what this place is nothing but a loosh farm for our energy. It’s not about learning, all this suffering and where everything has to eat one another to exist is for our energy. They dumb us down with chemicals including energetically aswell with the grid above earth and tons of other shit so we don’t find the truth and escape

I use to think in pictures, and if anybody says "we are all one" I have the picture of a minestrone: yes, we are all minestrone, BUT I´m still the carrot, and not a pea. That´s how I translate the paradox. As long as I´m an individual (carrot) I have to give my best version of me, at least for the whole minestrone to become the best version.
If I wouldn´t do so, I would take on and share all sins, karma and all that stuff from the other incrediences because of identification, so there could never be an end.
If this is a spell placed on us by ourselves or another Magician (Creator) ~can we break the spell? My plan is to be "Whole" and Exit the Grid. Also, I may blow up that damn tunnel if I fail.
