I am considering selling on here as I can't get my beautiful designer pieces seen to the right people to make my business work which is so sad as I like to beautifully curate my pieces in themed collections rather than selling pages of stuff! It's very good to see the buyer experience as that is one of the most important things to me. I am carefully researching lived experiences of Vestiaire prior to using this platform. All my bags are pre-authenticated as I buy from a reputable auction house so they are authenticated prior to auction, so I'm not sure how I will set up with using Vestiaire yet. I take time and care on packaging my pieces so they are received like gifts, wrapping bag handles etc. I'm hoping this is how Vestitiare will send them out too! Thank you for this video x
Lol! Didn't notice your dressed was unzipped. I have bought from VC. Generally happy with them. I think they can improve on packaging their item. I've received a bag dented by chains cos they just dumped the bag into the box with negligible packaging. I have rejected one item after their checking process found inconsistencies.

I always nervous and paranoid when I purchase in VC or any second hand luxury because iv read that VC sold some fake items and said are authentic (not idea if that’s true) I will get a YSL bag purchased at VC with no receipt of purchase only dust bag. For peace of mind I’ll try the site legit grails for another authenticity test. Anyone knows it? It works with photos. I’m glad your t shirt was real

That's a good question actually! I know if I need to pay customs fees, Vestiaire usually mentioned and included them before I complete the purchase. Maybe try proceed with the purchase and see if it ask you to pay customs fees? Don't include your payment details first of course

Be careful on every stage of your purchase as they select "product authenticity verification" which is 1. expensive 2. yields no written certificate (worthless) 3. places your pre-loved product into VC's fumbly careless fred flintstone hands to repackage ahead overseas shipment. VC issue/request page is intentionally incomplete - flagging your issue as incomplete and un-sendable without specifying your Country (the page offers no Country selection window). Resist the urge to make this company your regular retail stop. VC is Fly by night and we can expect them to be gone soon.
3. OMG I ordered an item made out of Plastic Acrylic Sheets (Paco Rabanne Star Chain-link Top) and it came in 10 different pieces due to their paper envelope packaging. My heart was shattered 😭
