I wake up in the same bed my same room i saw a old man and a girl standing in my room they are smiling at me. I get surprised by that girl because she is me ! After that old man goes somewhere. Ok so last night I was trying the Alice in Wonderland method to shift to Hogwarts. Keep in mind that I had written in my script that as soon as I entered my dr I smell a strong scent of peppermint. So im laying in the starfish position and I start to feel my limbs go numb. So im like " ok is is normal. Keep visualising you chasing after Ronald Weasley!". So I eventually fall all the way down the rabbit hole and I start to smell a very faint scent of peppermint. I got so excited that I had almost shifted that I made myself leave by accident. Hope you guys tht have not shifted yet are able to shift!♥

to avoid the embarrassment again, i'd recommended scripting that when you arrive in your dr, script that you might smell something or your eyes will open immediately

I think I'm gonna try going to a non-despair Danganronpa AU (Absolutely don't want the canon version lol) as I really wanna meet my favorites like Chihiro and Kazuichi. Admittedly I've been procrastinating on scripting but I got it planned out in my head, hopefully I can write it out good.
I came up with my own methods: Director, Bus and Diving. Director method: Imagine yourself as the film Director, inspired by the quote/life lesson ”you are your own Director, and you decide where your life goes”. When you say ”Action”, start to visualize the life of your Dr self, (optionally) saying some affirmations. When you feel like you have shifted, say ”Cut”. Visualization ends, and what happens in your DR becomes real. As you open your eyes, you’ll find yourself in your Dr. Bus method: Visualize that you are in a bus. Every bus stop represents a different reality. Say some affirmations, and when you feel like you have shifted or you feel like you have been on the bus for enough time, exit the bus to enter your Dr. Diving method: Imagine diving. Where you are diving into makes no difference - lake, ocean, swimming pool, tub, you name it. Say some affirmations (preferably in your head, as it’s hard or even dangerous to speak underwater) and when you feel like having shifted, imagine yourself resurfacing into your Dr. Then open your eyes, finding yourself in your DR.

whenever i try to shift (using the raven method), i feel all floaty and like everything spins but it slowly stops and then nothing happens.. i cant fall asleep and I eventually just give up and open my eyes or move to a more comfortable position to fall asleep.
you could try just sleeping in a different position, whatever’s more comfy. you don’t need to follow the methods down to the smallest of details. methods are just meant to help you!!! don’t stress over them too much, it’s not necessary to even have a method

I was so young I thought I had a good imagination, I'd always go to bed rubbing my eyes and use the dots to imagine my "dream world" and as I fell asleep I'd tell myself what it looked like and then it would just happen and I'd be there. I just thought I had a realistic imagination when I was 7-8

Yes when I was younger if I had to go on a road trip or I was bored at school I’d just like “dream” of a place and who I’d be and bro it was so vivid but I thought I had a vivid imagination. I’d use my experiences for school works and my teachers would be so impressed but they would literally be experiences from different realities with my imaginary friend.

Honestly for me the easiest way to shift is just.. let go. I couldn’t shift for a couple of weeks because I spent so much time focusing on methods; so I stopped, simply manifested and it worked - idk, i’d say for people that haven’t done it and are struggling; stop stressing over it!

You guys remember, she’s/he’s/they (I’m not sure what you identify as) are just giving methods that are popular and that have worked for most people. If these don’t work for you then do not worry. Everybody goes at their own pace and everyone is different :)
I've also thought of "The computer method" that I remember doing all the time as a kid in order to manipulate what kind of dreams I got. Basically, close your eyes and imagine you're sitting at a desk with a computer in front of you. You turn on the computer and start going through the files on the computer. You start with a file called "Your desired reality" and then when that file opens you start opening files that line up with your reality. For example: You click "My desired reality" and then a file called "The marvel universe" and then a file with my DR name and then a file with my love interest name, etc. You can click as many files as you want but once you click all the files you imagine a loading screen popping up and you relax and take deep breaths as you watch the loading bar slowly fill up
hug method: visualize waking up in ur dr/wr bed, look around get out of bed and imagine placing your feet on the floor look around and at your comfort character or whoever you're using (somewhere in the room with you) run to them and hug them very tight as you think about how much you care about them (focus on a warm fuzzy feeling) focus on how comforting it is and spend some time with them (visualize memories and desired scenarios) hug them goodbye and get back in bed (still focusing on the warm feeling) and start saying affirmations until you fall asleep lucid dream method: lucid dream (learn how to do it by using reality checks) make sure you're in control of the dream (summon a detailed object) create a door to your dr/wr bedroom (make sure there's a bed or something to sleep on) make sure it's the right door and goes to your dr/wr (say it out loud) walk through to your dr/wr and get in bed, then wake up kiyoko method: write down/mentally organize a list of all your thoughts and worries preventing you from shifting scratch them out three times take six deep breaths and affirm that you're shifting nine times play subliminals or theta waves and close your eyes visualize your dr self and surroundings ask yourself what the first thing you'll do after shifting will be (imagine for seventeen seconds and repeat three times) you should see a light, affirm that you're in your dr and your identity (i am..., i'm _ years old) open your eyes or go to sleep and you should wake up there julia method: put on 6hz theta waves and meditate for ten minutes repeat "i am" over and over in your head until you feel shifting signs count slowly from zero to one hundred (say affirmations while you count opt.) start identity affirmations (i am..., i'm _ years old) and repeat until you feel detached from your body visualize your dr (try to feel if you can't visualize) after you've felt your surroundings change, open your eyes and you'll be in ur dr cinn's method: lay on your back, side, or front with your arms not touching your torso play subliminals and relax your entire body focus on the darkness behind your eyelids and clear your mind count to one hundred slowly at ten - imagine your voice and start saying identity affirmations at twenty - describe what ur dr self looks like at thirty - summarize the people you know in your dr at forty - repeat shifting affirmations (i am shifting, i'm in my dr, i have shifted) and identity affirmations at fifty - imagine your dr house layout and dr self giving a house tour starting from ur bedroom count to fifty to one hundred and you should have shifted or continue saying affirmations until you fall asleep and you should wake up in ur dr eye method: rub your eyes until you see lines and shapes stop rubbing your eyes once you see shapes, but keep them closed visualize your dr from the lines and shapes and begin saying affirmations once you feel you're in your dr open your eyes and you'll be there goddess method: do a guided meditation (recommended) thank the universe for what you already have and put on a subliminal or audio that reminds you of your dr thank the universe for what your dr self has (detail optional) turn on a subliminal, theta waves, or binaural beats and begin counting (no specific number) visualize your dr and imagine each important person in your dr life along with any specific desired scenarios whenever you're ready just focus and listen to your subliminal begin to count again and affirm with identity affirmations stop counting when you're ready and keep your concentration begin shifting affirmations and go to sleep or open your eyes hope this helps!

I remember about a year ago in August I was watching these shifting videos and it gave me so much motivation. That night I did a few of the methods put them together then went to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night and realized I was still in my Cr/Or. I was really upset because I felt so determined and thought I would wake up in Mha but I was still here and kinda cried myself to sleep with my subliminal on. As soon as I went to sleep I immediately heard a voice and woke up. It's been a hot minute since that happened and I feel like I've tried everything yet nothing has happened. I don't usually ask for advice but I really need it because I know I'm super close I just need to actually do it and wake up there. If anyone ends up seeing this please help cause I'm really stuck at this point.

This helped me shift, so I might share this wt yall. It might not help you much, but it helped me. When we shift, we shift to another universe. What’s real is infinite universes. The universe is ‘shrinking’? So then what’s out there beside it? ANOTHER UNIVERSE. There’s infinite universes. This means there’s infinite possibilities. Which also means that there is a universe IDENTICAL to this one, and there is a universe identical to every other universe as well. Therefore, the one identical to us won’t shift to the same other universe we do. The one identical to us shifts to a universe identical to the one we shift to. There is also a possibility for small differences, or giant differences. All we do is just create a small portal or wormhole or something for our consciousness, and suck it into that other reality. That’s all it is. All you need to do is make the portal. And the best part? We make portals for ourselves every millisecond. When we make choices, we redirect our consciousness to a new universe via portal. So all we have to do? We just have to do that. Do that, but redirect it to a universe we really want to happen. It’s not ‘a whole nother universe’, because there is no ‘a whole nother’ to it. It’s just a different universe, like we always do, every second. Every googleplex of a second. We constantly do it, and we don’t even realize. So, why should we realize that universe is different, when they all are different? Therefore, that ‘other universe’ is actually really normal. It’s common. It’s an everyday occurrence. Shifting is normal and everyday. You’ve already done it thousands of times. Why should this time be any different?
I realized that I have been shifting since 10 years ago but I just didn't know it. I would go to bed then script whatever scenario I wanted to see that night and force sleep saying I'm going to Dreamland. I loved Dreamland so much that I didn't want to leave it at all and yearned for it during the time I was not in it. And so as not to get stuck in there and actually stop sleeping so much, I decided to stop going to Dreamland. But after watching these videos, I think I'll start going to Dreamland again. But this time more mindfully.

Step two: repeat I am till you feel some sign of shifting
Step three: count SLOWLY from 0 to 100 and throw in some affirmations
Step four: once you’ve counted to 100, start using identity affirmations till you feel detached from your current reality
Step five: once your detached, visualize your dr, once you feel your surroundings change let your eyes open
is there an asleep method for this?
So just ‘i am’ and not ‘i am shifting?’

Ok so last night I was trying the Alice in Wonderland method to shift to Hogwarts. Keep in mind that I had written in my script that as soon as I entered my dr I smell a strong scent of peppermint. So im laying in the starfish position and I start to feel my limbs go numb. So im like " ok is is normal. Keep visualising you chasing after Ronald Weasley!". So I eventually fall all the way down the rabbit hole and I start to smell a very faint scent of peppermint. I got so excited that I had almost shifted that I made myself leave by accident. Hope you guys tht have not shifted yet are able to shift!♥

I came up with my own methods: Director, Bus and Diving.
Director method: Imagine yourself as the film Director, inspired by the quote/life lesson ”you are your own Director, and you decide where your life goes”. When you say ”Action”, start to visualize the life of your Dr self, (optionally) saying some affirmations. When you feel like you have shifted, say ”Cut”. Visualization ends, and what happens in your DR becomes real. As you open your eyes, you’ll find yourself in your Dr.
Bus method: Visualize that you are in a bus. Every bus stop represents a different reality. Say some affirmations, and when you feel like you have shifted or you feel like you have been on the bus for enough time, exit the bus to enter your Dr.
Diving method: Imagine diving. Where you are diving into makes no difference - lake, ocean, swimming pool, tub, you name it. Say some affirmations (preferably in your head, as it’s hard or even dangerous to speak underwater) and when you feel like having shifted, imagine yourself resurfacing into your Dr. Then open your eyes, finding yourself in your DR.
I rarely feel this way about a youtuber, but she really called me a friend 😭 i'm so honored 😭😭😭

whenever i try to shift (using the raven method), i feel all floaty and like everything spins but it slowly stops and then nothing happens.. i cant fall asleep and I eventually just give up and open my eyes or move to a more comfortable position to fall asleep.

I've also thought of "The computer method" that I remember doing all the time as a kid in order to manipulate what kind of dreams I got.
Basically, close your eyes and imagine you're sitting at a desk with a computer in front of you. You turn on the computer and start going through the files on the computer. You start with a file called "Your desired reality" and then when that file opens you start opening files that line up with your reality.
For example: You click "My desired reality" and then a file called "The marvel universe" and then a file with my DR name and then a file with my love interest name, etc. You can click as many files as you want but once you click all the files you imagine a loading screen popping up and you relax and take deep breaths as you watch the loading bar slowly fill up
i was trying to shift and just as i was about to i remembered “before we begin, a word from our sponsor, raid shadow legends” i hate it here

run to them and hug them very tight as you think about how much you care about them (focus on a warm fuzzy feeling)
focus on how comforting it is and spend some time with them (visualize memories and desired scenarios)
hug them goodbye and get back in bed (still focusing on the warm feeling) and start saying affirmations until you fall asleep
lucid dream method:
lucid dream (learn how to do it by using reality checks)
make sure you're in control of the dream (summon a detailed object)
create a door to your dr/wr bedroom (make sure there's a bed or something to sleep on)
make sure it's the right door and goes to your dr/wr (say it out loud)
walk through to your dr/wr and get in bed, then wake up
kiyoko method:
write down/mentally organize a list of all your thoughts and worries preventing you from shifting
scratch them out three times
take six deep breaths and affirm that you're shifting nine times
play subliminals or theta waves and close your eyes
visualize your dr self and surroundings
ask yourself what the first thing you'll do after shifting will be (imagine for seventeen seconds and repeat three times)
you should see a light, affirm that you're in your dr and your identity (i am..., i'm _ years old)
open your eyes or go to sleep and you should wake up there
julia method:
put on 6hz theta waves and meditate for ten minutes
repeat "i am" over and over in your head until you feel shifting signs
count slowly from zero to one hundred (say affirmations while you count opt.)
start identity affirmations (i am..., i'm _ years old) and repeat until you feel detached from your body
visualize your dr (try to feel if you can't visualize)
after you've felt your surroundings change, open your eyes and you'll be in ur dr
cinn's method:
lay on your back, side, or front with your arms not touching your torso
play subliminals and relax your entire body
focus on the darkness behind your eyelids and clear your mind
count to one hundred slowly
at ten - imagine your voice and start saying identity affirmations
at twenty - describe what ur dr self looks like
at thirty - summarize the people you know in your dr
at forty - repeat shifting affirmations (i am shifting, i'm in my dr, i have shifted) and identity affirmations
at fifty - imagine your dr house layout and dr self giving a house tour starting from ur bedroom
count to fifty to one hundred and you should have shifted or continue saying affirmations until you fall asleep and you should wake up in ur dr
eye method:
rub your eyes until you see lines and shapes
stop rubbing your eyes once you see shapes, but keep them closed
visualize your dr from the lines and shapes and begin saying affirmations
once you feel you're in your dr open your eyes and you'll be there
goddess method:
do a guided meditation (recommended)
thank the universe for what you already have and put on a subliminal or audio that reminds you of your dr
thank the universe for what your dr self has (detail optional)
turn on a subliminal, theta waves, or binaural beats and begin counting (no specific number)
visualize your dr and imagine each important person in your dr life along with any specific desired scenarios
whenever you're ready just focus and listen to your subliminal
begin to count again and affirm with identity affirmations
stop counting when you're ready and keep your concentration
begin shifting affirmations and go to sleep or open your eyes

I remember about a year ago in August I was watching these shifting videos and it gave me so much motivation. That night I did a few of the methods put them together then went to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night and realized I was still in my Cr/Or. I was really upset because I felt so determined and thought I would wake up in Mha but I was still here and kinda cried myself to sleep with my subliminal on. As soon as I went to sleep I immediately heard a voice and woke up.
It's been a hot minute since that happened and I feel like I've tried everything yet nothing has happened. I don't usually ask for advice but I really need it because I know I'm super close I just need to actually do it and wake up there. If anyone ends up seeing this please help cause I'm really stuck at this point.

- close eyes and visualize you just woke up in your dr bed
- get out of your dr bed and imagine placing your feet on the floor
- look around you and see your cc and visualize theyre in the room
- run towards them and hug them hard (you should start feeling a warmth in your chest)
- focus on the sensation
- visualize spending time with them (scenarios, conversation, etc)
- when you feel ready hug them goodbye and go to your dr bed
- go to sleep in your dr bed repeating affirmations and focusing on the warmth in your chest
- wake up in ur dr bestie 😩😍

This helped me shift, so I might share this wt yall. It might not help you much, but it helped me.
When we shift, we shift to another universe. What’s real is infinite universes. The universe is ‘shrinking’? So then what’s out there beside it? ANOTHER UNIVERSE. There’s infinite universes. This means there’s infinite possibilities. Which also means that there is a universe IDENTICAL to this one, and there is a universe identical to every other universe as well. Therefore, the one identical to us won’t shift to the same other universe we do. The one identical to us shifts to a universe identical to the one we shift to. There is also a possibility for small differences, or giant differences. All we do is just create a small portal or wormhole or something for our consciousness, and suck it into that other reality. That’s all it is. All you need to do is make the portal. And the best part? We make portals for ourselves every millisecond. When we make choices, we redirect our consciousness to a new universe via portal. So all we have to do? We just have to do that. Do that, but redirect it to a universe we really want to happen. It’s not ‘a whole nother universe’, because there is no ‘a whole nother’ to it. It’s just a different universe, like we always do, every second. Every googleplex of a second. We constantly do it, and we don’t even realize. So, why should we realize that universe is different, when they all are different? Therefore, that ‘other universe’ is actually really normal. It’s common. It’s an everyday occurrence. Shifting is normal and everyday. You’ve already done it thousands of times. Why should this time be any different?

I realized that I have been shifting since 10 years ago but I just didn't know it. I would go to bed then script whatever scenario I wanted to see that night and force sleep saying I'm going to Dreamland. I loved Dreamland so much that I didn't want to leave it at all and yearned for it during the time I was not in it. And so as not to get stuck in there and actually stop sleeping so much, I decided to stop going to Dreamland. But after watching these videos, I think I'll start going to Dreamland again. But this time more mindfully.
