Take +status and -crit for 4th evo, accuracy and -recoil for the 2nd. Slap primary deadhead to negate recoil completely and swap Vigilante Armaments for Primed Shred for speed and punch through. Personally I like Laetum even more than Phenmor.
Good vid. Phenmor kind of single-handedly unlocked endgame for me. Only downside is the incarnon bullets run out sooooo fast, but getting more headshots to pop back into kill-everything-that-exists-mode is just my own skill issue, not the weapon's. ;)

Personally, I find the trick to Incarnon meter is to just tap the fire key for tiny 2-4 shot bursts which are still enough to kill most anything. Doing this I usually have an Incarnon meter last for a minute or two at least.
Personally, I like Void's Guidance (+50% Accuracy and -50% Recoil while Aiming) for the 2nd evolution along with Stabilizer in the Exilus slot. Having every single bullet go exactly where you are aiming seems like usually a bigger DPS increase than 20% fire rate (and doesn't burn Incarnon meter as quickly).
I just did it. Took Rhino in solo on the lvl 55 mission node. Not the bounty. Just grind out 12 ruptures. Prioritize the ruptures. One at a time. Be just about full when you get to a rupture. Keep the void complication meter real low. It's easier than it sounds.

The greatest strength of felarx is the fact that it doesn’t need to rely on the incarnon mode. However, the incarnon mode is no slouch by any means, although it has slightly lesser damage and fire rate, it has pretty good AOE and range since DE fix the projectile to become like the arca plasmor.

If you use phenmor as main dps then go for merciless when high sp and deadhead for low sp. Build for corrosive for acolyte and other bosses, use viral on nukor and/or panzer vulpa. Best to use bane mods all around with the arcanes is multiplicative while serration plus arcane is additive
im playing with phenmor and laetum for some time now i just adore them i manly swiched 4 month ago because i was quite annoyed by the aoe meta and people blasting my face with annoying energy colors that shake my screen i hope when the self dmg comes it will hit like a truck!

That would require 1 additional forma. But even if you are willing to include the forma, the arcanes (Primary deadhead, merciless, etc) give a total of over 300% damage which stacks ADDITIVELY with Serration. So its better off putting a multishot mod to get more status procs, it just takes 1 or 2 kills to get the damage ramping up. TLDR: Primary Arcanes have made Serration obsolete, replace it with another mod that isnt just base damage.

Better off adding more multiplicative damage mods such as multishot, faction mods, and more statuses etc that equal to greater total damage since each of them multiply with each other, leading to a number greater than the 420% of serration instead.
The element mods are rime rounds, malignant force, hellfire and thermite rounds. Pay attention to the position and order they are put in the weapon. it changes how the elements combine.
I gues you mean the Person where you can buy the weapons. You need to finish the Angel of zariman quest first. And to finish the hole Star chart to Player arbitration, you need the 5 Mission on the zariman quest too after you did the quest. I think you also need the two New lua quest but i am not sure about that.

Also I have nerve damage in my hands,I can only play for a few hours a day at most, so grinding kuva to roll is a chore, for some guns I'd rather buy a groll. Besides that roll could be up to twice that price, I consider 700 lucky. I've seen worse rolls for far more.
The Steel Path Acolytes drop Arcanes that give Flat Damage like Serration, so if you can keep them up consistently. Serration becomes obsolete because of diminishing returns. The Bane is considered a different type of damage, like the elementals, but not exactly the same, so it ends up being more damage.

Revenant Prime's Mesmer skin or any frame with Khora's Ensnare will let you land headshots easy my guy

imo felarx is better than the phenmor but its not by a large margin, both kill whatever is in front of them without issue

I don't think more heat than viral is possible anymore. Whenever I try it the effects change to different ones. Such as Gas etc.
Change your mod position. Viral= toxin+ cold. So you have to put toxin, cold and fire. No more other element
