Thank you for showing the joy and simple pleasure of not using recipe and not being afraid to look and see what's in your refrigerator and on your shelf.

I made these today In a parchment lined glass pan so I could cut into squares for a quick tote along breakfast. Saved time just baking in a glass and it came out excellent! Looks and tastes wonderful! Cuts beautifully! Going to feeeze them. Wish I could post a photo to show!

These are very good! Best I’ve had .. moist and flavorful!! Instead i used blue berries, raisins and zest from
One orange cinnamon allspice vanilla powder. Rest like you with banana apple sauce oats

Made these yesterday, didn’t have strawberries but used blueberries and they were awesome. So easy and the flavor was great! I will try with strawberries next. Love to have muffins in the freezer for quick on the go breakfast. Thanks so much!

I made these yesterday and they are so delicious that I made them again today but substituted blueberries just to try it. This will be a definite go-to. My husband, my daughter and her 2 year old son loved them too!

Thanks, Chef AJ. Date paste is wonderful. Inspiration on making the muffins by feel is super wonderful. The encouragement to experiment is really helpful! BLESSINGS!

Maybe kinda fun in a silicone bundt pan for a holiday cake - - will need some type of yummy non-SOS drippy glaze...

Thank you for this old school recipe! You do need to measure for more complicated baked goods (as you have pointed out in previous videos) but as you said, this is more of a baked oatmeal. I've done this with cookies (bananas, oatmeal, spices, other mix-ins). I'm always afraid to wing it but when I do it usually comes out well.

I'm staying in an abnb and don't have everything for your cram muffins plus I forgot your book...I just winged it and they turned out just fine. I'll have to try this one. Thanks Chef AJ

Organic sliced bananas taste more like vanilla ice cream to me when frozen!
They don't have a strong banana taste
