@gabrailenmcmannus7243 Same way he was only offended by the black wife effect, a trend started by wm married to bw that didn't even really become that big in the grand scheme of things, solely because it elevated black people. He wasn't even offended on behalf of bm or ww. He solely cared about the fact that white people were elevating a black group, and that offended tf out of him as a wyt supremacist

Actually, there are a lot of straight men who joke about SAing other men. And in prison it's very much a normalized cultural at this point as weird as it is. Cause understand this, SAing another man (or any person for that matter) has nothing to do with a person's orientation and is more about asserting one's dominance over another individual by taking away their ability to consent. Its messed up and it's why grape jokes should never really be celebrated or platformed. For example, a joke about SAing a woman or a minor, would be rightfully met with outrage, but because the victim in this scenario is a man, we say "it's just dark humor bro". We would be better off treating ALL grape jokes with the same outrage and energy.

The joke execution was gawd awful. Edgy humor can definitely be funny, but Andrew is not funny. He’s not witty enough to make the joke. He replied back to Kendrick’s bar terribly and was rambling. It me cringe that he decided to use SA to address it. Where did a SA joke make sense in response to the bar? Schultz’s corny af.

There was not a single clever punchline was delivered. The entire “joke” oozed of thinly veiled, snide, contempt and went on for an awkward, uncomfortably long time. How anyone found that humorous in anyway and not just plain weird is beyond me. But the comedy pages comments on the clip seem to be hyping Andrew up.

@@christinathein951 the joke was so bad. My brain cannot compute that that was a joke in any sense of the word. I couldn’t make out what Andrew said throughout the middle of that ramble. We need to study the brain of anyone who could find that humorous - who are these people 😭

If I have to say the words “nasty work” one more time this week…it’ll be another week in America. I love your takes on the comic, victim mentality and the prescience of George Carlin’s quote.

The comedian has been way too comfortable talking about our culture for a while now. His sidekicks (especially the Black and Brown ones) are just as bad. They’ve misused this platform recklessly, from sanitizing Trump during their interview with him to discussing racial and societal issues without any real depth or understanding. I think Charlamagne will eventually regret bringing Andrew to national prominence, much like Oprah probably regrets giving us Dr. Oz and Dr. Phil.
