I am new to the NKJV. I was considering getting one of these because 1) it has book introductions (rare these days) and 2) they are so beautiful. But I cannot handle verse by verse. To me, it feels like reading one long run-on sentence. Or those giant walls of text that people post online with little or no punctuation or line breaks.
I can definitely see where you are coming from. I had the same issue with most of the KJV bibles. Having to find the symbol to separate the paragraphs. There are a few nkjv’s out there that read well i reviewed the verse art paragraph edition, which reads very well, but doesn’t have introductions.
That is a nice Bible .
I would give this one as a gift to someone , it would be one I would keep on my bed stand for night reading.
Beautiful!
This bible is stunning. I would be so afraid of messing it up.
