Thanks for the video I managed it. It took forever to release the mirror, I had to pull a lot but it worked. To release the back there are three clips but only two are accessible , apart from that it is not difficult
I had exactly the same stone damage. I had it repaired by my local Kia dealership in June 2023. Indicator glass £147.61 + Labour £75. If mirror glass breaks (it didn't) it's an extra £71.45
It’s always best to test components before putting it all back together so I would of tested the indicator once I had put the electrical connector in, nothing worse than putting it all back together and finding it was defective just a rule of thumb really but otherwise good job.😊

Bro how you pop up that mirror. Had tried push the metal clip but did not dislodge

Helped, bought from china and replaced myself. Clips are tricky extra step in my opinion take motor off and release extra clips
