hi, very helpful video, thanks, I've got a 2019 Niro, similar problem, high beam doesn't come up but on the dashboard the blue light shows up... it looks maybe the same part stuck in mine but the other way... I also mainly used it in London, usually no high beam..

hi, l have a similar problem on my 2012 b180 merc ,l have tried to move the shutter down but it will not move ,it is jammed up and l can.t get hi beam the other side is fine , have you by any chance come acrss this prblem ,cheers

Do you not have a power supply in the van that you can use to power up and operate these sub assemblies?
Good diagnosis and fix that headlamp would be mega expensive.
