@@Alpha.Phenix Look at the weapon Hector was holding and take into account my comment of him basically never holding a gun before. Normally people at least have fired a handgun before shooting something like an assault rifle and Hector hasn't shot a shot in his life most likely.
In short: Hector can't fire straight because he isn't used to recoil.
