I've watched three other late-night monologues and none of them including the most important part of Ms. Daniels testimony - Trump's cruel, disgusting, intimidating statement: "This is the only way you are getting out of the trailer park." That is key. It fully encapsulates his intent, as well as the vulnerable and threatening position she was in.
Trump was very public about wanting tanks rolling down the streets of D.C. for his inauguration and other celebrations of him. As I recall, his advisors thought it was a bad look but it took the mayor of D.C. refusing to issue a permit to shut it down.
