I need to pick up some of those cranks and square bills. I fish in Buffalo NY and my biggest smallies come from the crank baits. Gonna re-up this winter !
Great video JB, I wish more people on TH-cam would be straight shooters ! it is all about hooking the fisherman ! when you consider bass see basicly 2 colors, red and green, with the rest being meerly shades, oe has to know that as much as a fisherman knows this, they still get pulled into the ones that look cool ! I tend to fall for the paint scheems that are very different, non typical, but does it do me any good, probably not ! thanks for the video, keep telling it like it is, and I will continue to follow.
Sometimes when you tie on a cool looking bait, you fish a little more confident too. You definitely have to keep it simple though or you’ll go broke! Thanks for the feedback 👊🏾👊🏾
Great product review nice lures now if you are taking them out to Lake Murray to practice what would be your rod and real setup to use them properly? Thank you sir tight lines take care and God be with you during this tournament!
For the 1.5 Elite I use a 7’2 Custom Lite Shallow Crankbait Rod paired with a Custom Pro. For the Gravel Dawg 10 I use a 7’4 Custom Lite Mid-Deep Driving Crankbait Rod with a Custom Pro. Thanks for watching boss!!
I know when I use soft plastic craws on a free rig for river smallies I only use one color from rock river baits. I’ve been using it for years, it absolutely smokes them in Ohio. Unfortunately they’re the only company that makes that color. I wish I could find it in other baits.
@ I don’t recommend putting plastics in a box but that’s me. I like the storage bags instead so I can leave them in their original packaging if that makes sense.
@ go with the Edge flex box so you can customize it the way you want. Here’s the link: www.tacklewarehouse.com/Plano_Edge_FLEX_Series_Boxes/descpage-PEF.html You’ll want the 3700 size
Love the Space Monkey as a Carolina Rig bait. It really is slept on!
@@anthonyvega1138 that’s for sure!!
4 minutes in and JB3 giving up the juice!! Cmon man! Good stuff as always!
@@kennyc84-3 I’m just trying to sell some baits 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
The Space Monkey works well for me on a wobble head in deep water. The correct word for the Hard Knock Sexy Dawg is "Fantabulous".
You got that right!!!!

@@rhodesianhunter9360 what color is it?
@ Wish I could say, but it would be sold out. They have a lot of good colors that I use for back ups, but there’s one that’s fire.
I gotcha!
what is a good plastic storage box
@@WalterHarris-d6c I like the Plano Edge boxes. They are on the pricey side but they are good boxes imo. You’re talking about for Crankbaits right?
@@JB3_fishing yes and plastics

I fish 100% of my cranks out of the box. If I'm paying $15+ for a crank I'm fishing it out of box ! Change hooks after some abuse
