I have heard that Global village & miracle garden don't open for hole year. Can you confirm when will they open in 2024 ?

For Miracle Garden there is no official date mentioned but it should hopefully open in Oct/Nov

Hi.. I am travelling with my 60+ yrs aged parents to Dubai for 7 days for very first time.. I am planning to book a SUV with local driver for these 7 days airport-to-airport which will take us to our hotel and all tourist locations.. will it be good and if yes from where should I book?

You can do that but I’m not sure from where you can book that. There might be some services available at the Dubai airport for that but online I’m not sure.
The other option would be to use Careem/Uber. They are easily available via app.

can you share details of travel? how will we travel from one place to another in each day.. via metro, by cab (with prices in inr)?

Metros and buses are available but since there are a lot of stops, sometimes it takes longer to reach at places but it’s quite cheaper as compared to the cab.
If you have time on hand then you can take metros/buses else can go with cab.
I used both.

Dec me hotels/flights k prices 2x ho jaate hain, but nov/oct me same rehna chahye

You can book Uber/Careem to get around, it’s very convenient
I am not sure if hotels would provide you taxi but yeah they would have contacts with drivers, so you will need to check with the hotel

Nov-april open rehta hai.
Desert safari full year karwate hai kyuki jyadatar uska pick up time 4 o'clock hota hai afternoon.
per chote bachche ho sath toh dhyan SE Jaye ...kyuki Dubai main April k baad summer hota hai ...
aur 46+ hota hai temperature.
