No, that is not what I implied. The currency exchange is expensive, but the economy or the cost of things is low. Is what I wanted to imply. So don't get perturbed by the currency conversion.

Indians would feel very welcome in the Arab countries for sure. It is a country that values its environment and although rich does not leap frog into modern structures. Tge laid back and slow life is a true cultural experience. It is blessed with stunning coastlines, wadis and can literally take you back in time. What is more the food is one which Asians would enjoy as they have the best even the service is excellent. When India promotes tourism one worries as the land space is swallowed by its population and agriculture whereas Oman can easily welcome tourism as tourism is not environmentally damaging _ promoting the environmentally friendly structures. Congratulations as you give one a good idea of tourist destinations for Indians closer to home.

Isnt a local SIM more cheaper than international roaming packs? Why did you change to international roaming. I recently went to hong kong and got a local SIM for 389 INR valid for 30 days with 80 GB internet. That is like 10 times cheaper than the international roaming pack airtel was giving. I did though keep international roaming on for airtel which is free of cost and you can get your OTPs without investing in packs.
389 INR for 30 days with 80 gigs? That sounds insane. Are you sure? I don’t think any local sim offers 80 GB 🤔
However, in most locations the international roaming is cheaper. Especially if you’re doing a multiple destination trip and don’t want to buy a new sim again and again.
And now a days you don’t need destination specific packs. You can turn on international roaming and it’ll be valid in multiple destinations. Even airport layovers.

Yes it was 389 INR, can be checked in klook for hong kong by CMHK. It was a promo offer which I got but regular price is also 611 INR only.
