Near bank of China there is another Indian Bank branch..If one building is built by China than nearby other is built by India..it's chess game check mate check mate...what a game going on there..

Yes! President Dissanayake's words are loud and clear. We drag his political party's past 30 to 40 years ago and try to gauge the man out of that. Both countries are responsible to know that they need each other and it is very important especially ladies and gentlemen of the fourth estate in the respective countries not to soil the jar of milk with a drop of faecal matter. I'm Sri Lankan and as a nation we have no intention of letting anyone use our land to cause security concerns for India. There are so many cultural and historic ties between the two countries. Having said that we also hope India will respect Sri Lanka's own interests in a similar manner without meddling in our internal affairs. No healthy relationship can work without mutual respect.
Even if we disregard all of that, common sense dictates that it's never a good thing to pick up a fight with your big and powerful neighbor. After all we've seen Zelensky's stupidity in such context paying off for Ukraine. Diplomacy is there for a reason.
