This is a very understandable golf teaching ! Though Golf swing needs whole body’s coordination but I think how trail elbow movement is the core of it ! Thank you for your sincere instruction !😊😊👍👍
Excellent video Troy on how the trail elbow should be working in the downswing! I have been utilizing this elbow move in my downswing and I know immediately if it leaves my side. The shot results will not be positive ones!! I really like your "alignment stick drill!" Always enjoy and learn from your videos Troy! Keep up the good work!!
You're a very good instructor sir, enunciating clearly and accompanying words with visuals well. What do you think could be at play if I'm doing the trail elbow move correctly (just the elbow part) but consistently pulling the ball? thank youi--fwiw I'm LH
Thanks Rick, it could be a few things. It could be a lack of trail wrist bend, too strong a grip, or a lack of rotation in the downswing. Hope that helps.
Troy with the downward sequence you demonstrated, at what stage is the trail elbow beginning to straighten. Is the first part achieved with rear shoulder dropping only. Thank you.
Hi John, usually for most it's when it gets just past the trail thigh or the club is parallel to the ground. It is slightly different for most, but that's a general guide. Cheers
Yes Tom, it can be. Do it as a progression and work from small swings first until you get those right and then go from there. Let me know how that goes. Cheers

Clear and concise. Not overly complicated. I love this channel
Thanks Ronnie, appreciate your support
Love your style of teaching especially the drills to practice what appears to be very subtle moves in the golf swing. Thank you.
Thanks William, really appreciate your support and kind words. Cheers
Found your channel this week and been binge watching. Keep up the good work Troy, you’ve gotten yourself a new sub 😀👌🏻
Thanks Karl, appreciate it
Thanks for those drills. This is exactly what I've been working on and it does have an immediate positive impact on my ball striking.
Thanks Jack, glad it's helped you out. Cheers
