It is unfair to cancel such a good series, I liked the characters and every detail of the series. I think they should create a third season or rather conclude the series without leaving loose ends and that each follower of the series is satisfied.
When the Stepford Cuckoo's revealed themselves in season 1 that was the highlight. The way she played both sides for her own advantage was quite impressive. For X-Men films when it comes to continuity it's all over the place but I feel Gifted really makes references to 3 X-Men films X-Men (2000), X2: X-Men United and X2: Days of Future Past.
I wonder what Laura's baby powers will be, I can't wait to see how Andy has changed with the Hellfire Club ❤️ So many questions I can't wait until Season 2 begins
I think Lorna’s Baby’s powers is gonna have to deal with either supercharging a mutants powers (example Polaris’s powers being increased like Magneto) or having to control Aura’s and those auras have a certain effect.
I completely agree with Emma on the whole being a villain or not thing!! Also I love what Matt and Blair wanted as their super powers: "I want to be able to control actors with my mind" xD and "Make everyone go to the bathroom by looking at them" LMAO I don't think they can take this question seriously anymore as they're probably asked about it all the freaking time
The Gifted is the best show on the planet since Heroes and I miss and loved that show so much! But they really brought characters to live that I love from the comic books and everything. I can not wait for 2nd season of the gifted, cast is amazing and the Stepford Cuckoo's are just badass! So is Polaris she is so beautiful to me! Where is Andy at?
For me right now, "The Gifted" begins and ends with Polaris and Esme/Sophie/Phoebe Frost. Emma DuMont and Skyler Samuels are just *such* badasses who I feel are really believable in their roles. I'm also hoping Andy continues to grow - I WANT to like him, cause I like that sort of "Pyro" (from the X movies)-esque turn for a character -- cocky, power-crazed, homosapien-hating mutant. ;-) Still, Polaris and the Cuckoos are why I'm coming back to Season 2. I'm WAY more excited to meet the Hellfire Club rather than follow the Mutant Underground, watching Caitlin and Reed stumble around with a neutered Blink (she should really have control over her power by now, and it should NOT be that hard, like she's stretching out a trash bag or something), a morose Eclipse, and a one-smile-fits-all Thunderbird.
About Blink: I think you're being kinda unfair here, remember that most of the mutants are pretty new to their powers in this show, and the show wanted them go grow in that sense where we see them get better with their powers so there actually is some growth instead of them just instantly being perfect at it. And I would also say that opening portals is a very complicated thing that SHOULD be hard... But lastly if you have seen the trailer for Season 2 she actually do seem to have more control. I agree about being more interested in the Hellfire Club, however I do not agree that it's only about Polaris and the Frosts, for me it's all of them including Reeva Payge (New Character) and Andy.
I'd like to be a class 5 mutant like jean grey. Because ur super powerful, also I'd like to have her strength in telekenis but without turning crazy like she did when she came back as the dark Phoenix and nearly destroyed San Francisco
I wish they could have cameos at least of characters like that, or even in flashbacks like what happened on 7/15 and so on. Maybe they'll use Spyke, he was Storm's nephew in the animation, he could be a morlock
I feel as if they piggybacked off of magnetos motives with Polaris because just like her father she started seeing the bigger picture and began to think differently about humans so she turned
Maybe it already is. It says it takes place in the world of the X-Men, but that doesn't mean the same world starring Hugh Jackman and Patrick Stewart. Sense the X-men might be integrated into the MCU, and it will obvious be a different x-men portrayed by new actors, it is possible that it already is in the MCU.
This really is one of the most attractive casts on TV right now. Also, Ink is such a useless character, I hate that he was even created and they used his name in the game.
He joined The Hellfire Club at the end of Season 1 And he has already changed throughout Season 1 As for what it means for him; His character will be darker, and he's gonna have less interaction with his family (obviously) and he's going to try his best to fight for Mutants
I love this show but it’s not really that diverse lol.............. there’s like three brown people here and they’re all pretty light anyways. No shade...
03:26 “we need a hispanic guy desperately” so since we cannot find one good one among the 58 million latinos living in the USA, lets go get us a brit. I am sorry but this is a recurring matter in tv shows or movies and I don’t understand why we latinos don’t raise our voices aginst it
It could just be there is a smaller overall talent pool of active actors among certain populations you know. Not that "noone" could be "good" but it's just a bit tougher to find someone right for a certain project as easily or quickly.
Why are you making such a big deal out of nothing? He was literally talking about how it's "not" about race but about casting people that seems right for the characters but at the same time this show is pretty diverse... If you ask me people talk WAY too much about race and gender representation
Sean IS Hispanic/Latino because he is Spanish and Venezuelan, so the casting directors didn’t alienate the whole community by getting a Hispanic/Latino man from Britain. There are also lot of factors that play out in casting. Compatibility with the cast, chemistry with their love interest, availability with scheduling, etc
The boss of the Hellfire Club and the leader of the Morlocks are not extras. There were black characters in season 1 who were also not extras. I will grant you, they were not the main cast though.
Alexander Platypus I felt the family (Reed and co.) was cookie cutter and boring they didn't seem to have any issues or conflict outside of the dangers of the show, I didn't like Polaris because rather than coming off as a rebel or somekind of outlaw leader she was more like a bratty snarky teen consequently because I didn't like her character I felt her relationship with Bobby (sunspot) wasn't very convincing and hence didn't find him interesting as a character because most of his story revolves around his relationship with Polaris. I also hate the fact that he dresses like a middle school student despite being in a mutant underground resistance group. Blink was OK, a little whiny at first but I like how she fit in the group later. I think the only character I really liked was John, I just like that he's a boy scout, reliable, sincere and straight forward. I also like how they portrayed his powers and abilities which was pretty dope. I mean if you compare the characters with let's say the characters from Legion you see a vast difference. I know it's unfair to compare The Gifted to a show the quality of Legion but as they are in the same universe it makes sense.

Raghu Seetharaman yeah skylar samuel so much better play the bitchy n evil character than the good guy
edchanful U mean good girl.
Raghu Seetharaman

The place of the Purifiers? "It's called the White House" Stephen Moyer hahahah
Jamie Chung is so pretty! She looks like she’s the same age as the younger casts!
I wonder what Laura's baby powers will be, I can't wait to see how Andy has changed with the Hellfire Club ❤️ So many questions I can't wait until Season 2 begins

Jamie❤❤❤❤. Somehow she does look tired.can t wait to see what they do with your character in season 2.
The Gifted is the best show on the planet since Heroes and I miss and loved that show so much! But they really brought characters to live that I love from the comic books and everything. I love this show!!!!!
Aww thz for highlighting my comment!

Yea I'm here for all of them but my side I chose was the hellfire club those are just my fav characters for now but yea I get what you mean
😭😭 like she stretching out a trash bag or something, and a one-smile-fits-all thunderbird had me dying.
Emma Frost will be serving... but Imagine Psylocke appearing in the series i know it doesnt connect but what if...
Don’t we all just wish we could be mutants 😞
I feel u bro
I'd like to be a class 5 mutant like jean grey. Because ur super powerful, also I'd like to have her strength in telekenis but without turning crazy like she did when she came back as the dark Phoenix and nearly destroyed San Francisco

Skyler Samuels ❤ cómic con 😱😱😱❤❤❤😍😘
I totally forgot that the actors who play Marcos and Reed are actually British.
Que elenco lindo ♡
I love this show so much I hope it gets moreover views this season. This show needs to be taken off.
Blair was actually pretty close on his guess for Skin's power
Since they are not giving her justice in the movies, please get STORM as the leader of the Mutant Underground.
I wish they could have cameos at least of characters like that, or even in flashbacks like what happened on 7/15 and so on. Maybe they'll use Spyke, he was Storm's nephew in the animation, he could be a morlock
I love Lorna dane I levent polaris.
l love Skyler so much because she is so beautiful😍
I feel as if they piggybacked off of magnetos motives with Polaris because just like her father she started seeing the bigger picture and began to think differently about humans so she turned
After Avengers 4 I can't wait for the Gifted is fused into the MCU
Maybe it already is. It says it takes place in the world of the X-Men, but that doesn't mean the same world starring Hugh Jackman and Patrick Stewart. Sense the X-men might be integrated into the MCU, and it will obvious be a different x-men portrayed by new actors, it is possible that it already is in the MCU.
just finished season 2.feeling sad
Yeahhh I love you guys💓💘😁
Love youuuuuuu
Bring back the Dreamer!
Can't remember the last time I saw an entire cast who look nothing like their real ages.
Los amo 💕
Sofi ctrl tenés que hablar en inglés
This really is one of the most attractive casts on TV right now. Also, Ink is such a useless character, I hate that he was even created and they used his name in the game.
The women are so pretty
Give us more popular mutants in Season 2 😊
What time will this show start on September 25
8pm eastern USA time which is I think 22:00 GMT
So Andy joining the Hellfires? What does that mean for him? Like how much of him will be changed?
He joined The Hellfire Club at the end of Season 1
And he has already changed throughout Season 1
As for what it means for him; His character will be darker, and he's gonna have less interaction with his family (obviously) and he's going to try his best to fight for Mutants
Nataly almost never talks
She seems kind of nervous like she doesn't want to say the "wrong" thing you know
Cause she is younger than the other cast members. And when she does she gets interrupted
I disagree, she talks quite a lot in some interviews, like most people you wouldn't be equally talkative all of the time
Yassssss
Where is Andy
Is he gonna die in the first episodes
Nate Grey needs to be in this series....
Nah he's too powerful. He would work on Legion though
The Cast Of The Gifted At Comic-con 2018 [ THE GIFTED ]
Rogue!!
Great cast... bad interviewer
Agree he asked really superficial questions that just didn't really get into much thought provoking stuff at all
FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To all the people who keep up with Marvel news is the X-Men and the Fantastic 4 still owned by Fox??
Aubrey Burden Disney/Marvel is getting Fox
Thanks
I love this show but it’s not really that diverse lol.............. there’s like three brown people here and they’re all pretty light anyways. No shade...
Well Shatter is like pitch black skin haha so there is that. And the new Morlock leader looks very dark black
03:26 “we need a hispanic guy desperately” so since we cannot find one good one among the 58 million latinos living in the USA, lets go get us a brit. I am sorry but this is a recurring matter in tv shows or movies and I don’t understand why we latinos don’t raise our voices aginst it

- JOLIUS - 2
- JAMIE CHUNG -
Hah
Diverse? It’s no black characters but ok
There are black characters. In season 1 it was mostly white but I think season 2 is more balanced
Alexander Platypus umm no no black people and if they are it’s extras
The boss of the Hellfire Club and the leader of the Morlocks are not extras. There were black characters in season 1 who were also not extras. I will grant you, they were not the main cast though.
The weak thing about this show is it's bad cardboard cutout bland characters
Do you think this about ALL of them or just some, and if it's some, which ones? Just curious.
Hmm alright. Well I respect your opinion, thanks for sharing
