Could you give a heads up as to how you create a "rule" that links vendor payments coming through email to create a ledger account in xero? I need detailed explanation and I can't see readily where that is explained in detail.

Question: does Xero have ''tags'' or ''categories'' for products on invoices, that I can create a custom report from (eg. invoicing Eucalyptus seed species, versus Acacia seed species) that when invoicing the product added to a ''tag'' or ''category'' and I can then create a report on how many kg and $ of Eucalyptus seeds sold and same with Acacias kg and $ I think it is the Tracking categories, which you described in this video like cost centers or profit centers. Perhaps a video request?
Suppose I have 3 branches, is it possible to manage them all in one account? Just for example as to see all daily activities in branch A is the South, B in the East n C in the North. If so, how is it done in terms of setup?
Can a user's access be limited or customized, say a staff to only have access in putting in timesheets only and will not have any access to all other functions or menus?

Hi there. In the course I mainly show you how to do various tasks in Xero. So you can use the demo company or your own live Xero account to follow along and do the same things I do. So it is sort of like doing practical exercises. Hope this helps.

You need to bring the inventory in as an Item when you create your sales invoice. Make sure you set up the inventory item as tracked inventory in the first place.

In Thailand. Xero System can not comply with Taxation Form.take time for manual excel.

Yes you can have two different bank account feeds in one Xero subscription.

Yes you just need to set them up as a payroll only user.
