$210 F that, I pay $80 a month for a unit that size in MO and I’m to the point of thinking about build a small shop. Was thinking about one of those units they pre-build and you drop on your land but those don’t help your property value so I need to look into build a small shop instead of paying someone $80 a month.
Ohh yeah for sure man it's ridiculous 🙄 and yeah that sounds awesome that's the plan for us eventually is a shop! Just got some things that need to happen first to make it work lol
