But if you set your fridge to low cut out as this supplys not regulated output i got 44 hours out kings 30 litre escape with cover fridge was empty so possibly alot more with full fridge at just under 2 deg c highly recommend its not perfect but i got mine 229 dollars very happy great video nice clear audio spot on
Was that for the 24AH one ? I won my 12AH Power Pack & tried to run 2 1100gph bilge pumps that use around 7 amps. Got 1 hour 25 minutes of use that I'm quite happy with.
You can. It's just how much you can put back in. Trying to use the C-plug is limited. The cable that's supplied isn't very good. Using the round port. Might be an option, but I don't think you will get the power you need. Honestly, 60ah lithium in a battery box is a far better option in my option for the price.
I have the 24ah pack. I was wanting to charge with little 20w solar blanket (itechworld) that has usb c and usb a outputs. So trying to charge usb c to c direct from blanket to pack, but there doesn't appear to be any indication on the pack its charging. Thoughts? Simply not enough juice? Not trying to charge from flat - just top up on the go. The blanket charges phones etc no worries via c to c.
I'm not sure if you can. But one thing that slows the charge is the input cable & how much it can handle. My 24AH power pack had a fault with the power button, so I no longer have it. Got a 60AH Kings Lithium battery with a battery box. Cost me $288. It's much better suited to my needs & I hook it up to my 110w solar panel.
Safe to plug a 100W solar panel directly into this? I’ve seen people charge these will crazy power draw before and they don’t overheat. I’ve also used a 70w panel and it never overheated either. Just wanna know if I can go bigger
What happens when you have it charging and have devices drawing power from it at the same time? Does it cancel one or the other or act like a man-in-the-middle?
The Max in-put is 45w on the 12A/H & 60watt on the 24 A/H. I haven't tried something like that, but I think it would act that way. You would need the right cables to charge it. But the guys at Kings should be able to assist. From what I've seen in the manual, there's nothing about doing it.
King's will tell you that you need a laptop charger to get the maximum power input. I did some research on USB cables and most cheap USB cables are only capable of 500 Mah, so buy a better cable with up to 23 AWG charging to get 2A input. However, 15W = 1A, so a 60W laptop charger will input 4 Amps. Furthermore, the longer the cable the more voltage drop and less charge, buy a short cable. th-cam.com/video/ZPJS9ilixjs/w-d-xo.html
Just ordered the 24ah to run my 2000gph bilge pump. I was using a 27ah AGM which was 8kg, stoked with 3kg. Cheers 👍
I'll be testing mine out tomorrow on 2 x 1100gph bilge pumps to run a 6 inch highbanker
You guys may want to try some portable solar panels to recharge your power packs

can you the power pack to run a fridge while at the same time time charging the powerpack using solar panels ?

I have a Kings 100w AC charger and using a watt meter on a 100w rated usb c cable the maximum it will charge at through usb c is 44-45 watts.
When I got mine when first released, that charger wasn't available & Kings staff were telling me 45watts max
Can this be changed when driving. Looking at this and the Supercheap Matson MAPP030 240Wh Lithium Portable Power Station. Thanks
I can change mine with my inverter in the car. You need a 45 - or 60-watt charger. The power station looks like a much better unit.

I think the biggest problem is getting the power to the unit . The cable supplied isn't that great.
I have one.... takes for ever to charge and I have 20 amp units 1 fifth of the size so I don't get it... am I missing Something?
I believe the cable supplied with this unit lets it down. Honestly, these units are very limited & for the price, I'd look at a 60ah lithium battery.

What will you be using to keep it charged over the weekend
I have an inverter in the car, so I can change it.
I got decent 90 watt charger only lets it ch 40 ish watts 8 hours later
I think I read 60 watts Max , but that might be for the 24AH one. Was told by kings staff 45watts mav on the 12AH Power Pack.

Kings now sell the charger for this & the 24AH one. I returned my 24AH as the power button was faulty.
I looked and couldn't see the charger, do you know where it is?@@MurrayRiversGoldAdventures
I elseen it on the counter at there store. They have 2 different ones. 100watt changer & 60watt.
