I appreciate your strength in removing yourself from a hazardous situation. I can relate to your experience as I, too, have an introverted personality and am currently dealing with similar issues. The insights you've shared are important and will be very helpful to me. I genuinely wish you the best in your journey and am grateful for your willingness to share your knowledge to help others.

Hey Nastya! I'm a 20 years old girl from Romania, I recently discovered your channel and I really appreciate that you show us the real life and it's struggles. You're a very good person with a good soul and an exceptional mother. Your mother is also such a sweet person. I wish you the best and continue with what you're doing 🩷

You are precious!!! I so identify with your story. I struggle with diet. I have a long story - basically food is a battle in our family. One son has been sick his whole life with seizures and fainting ( his autonomic system doesn't work) and he can't eat a lot of foods. His blood sugar is hard to control and his blood pressure. So, my husband and I have so much stress we produce to much cortisol, which secretes sugar into the blood stream and makes us pre-diabetic. I spent yrs researching and working with even scientists to try to find answers for us all, and we tried all kinds of diets. Keto nearly killed my sick son, but my husband and I do well on low carb. Trying to eat just healthy. I mess up sometimes, but pain drives me to behave longer and longer. I have autoimmune conditions, too. If I want to sleep I have to eat right!!
You are truly an amazing young lady. To have lived so far away from all that was familiar for so long and then find your way back home during so much unrest took courage!! Your boys are blessed to have a mom like you. i love your videos and seeing what it is like to live where you do. I live in Indiana, USA. I am old enough to be your mom, but you encourage me in your health journey and remind me to continue to be hopeful in all of my challenges. I hope you continue to enjoy making videos - they are so fun to watch.

Thank you for being so open about this. I’ve struggled before with extreme anxiety, it was after a very hard year. I was dealing with some paranormal activity as well. Ultimately I credit God for rescuing me. When it was really bad I (then a non-believer) cried out ‘Jesus, give me calm!’ and in an instant felt immersed in the greatest love imaginable. I need to sit down and make a testimony vid but am not comfortable with the camera yet😅
Now if I’m worried or anxious I pray that I can’t do it in my own power, and for God to help me with his power, and I get this strength and joy. Life is not easy, and emotions come and go.

Nastya I see myself a lot in you and your story. I also lost my dear father at just 17 years old, the difference is that in my family he was the affectionate parent, and my mother was the detached and problematic one. The emotional and economic tsunami that hit my family after this event has in a certain way extinguished my dreams for the future. This fact, and a certain personal predisposition, led me to suffer a lot, especially in the late adolescence and post-adolescence period, that is, from around the age of 17 to 26. I experienced moments of very deep depression that I unfortunately tried to self-medicate, this led me to addictions (not drugs) which obviously made the situation worse. Meeting my husband was probably my salvation, but then I also understood that well-being can only be found by working on oneself: eating well, resting, avoiding addictive habits, exercising, reading, dedicating oneself to a pleasant hobby, cultivating relationships that make us happy, and above all don't force yourself to do things you don't want to do just because in others people's eyes they are the right and natural thing to do. I'm better now but it's always a process, a dayling test, and in a certain way I envy you because (as I also wrote to you in a previous comment) having a loved and safe place to return to is not a fortune that everyone has, and it's something I've often dreamed of having for myself. By saying this I absolutely don't want to belittle your vicissitudes and suffering, far from it! Mine is a wish for lasting happiness and serenity for your future! A hug from Italy!
    Silvia

Oh, thank you for this post. Many of us need to hear these words. I've been there too, literally bingeing on everything. And sugar and sweets can be really triggering, even fruit. Looking back, I realized I was living in eternal anxiety. I think the more you work on it, the more aware you become of your thoughts and actions and the healing path stops being so tortuous. Our body is so noble, it endures so much...

Thank you for sharing your story and tips. 10 - 15 minutes of exercise a day helps me with stress and anxiety. Also being out in nature or gardening, which I don't do often enough. I agree diet and breathing play a part in mental health. I also struggle with meditation but i like to focus on my breath and stretch my body.😊

My mother was also a single mother and like you, she also migrated from one Nation to another, with her two children in tow. I empathise with your situation and I find your story very familiar for myself and my upbringing, except from the point of view of the child. Like your two sons. Except it was my Sister and I. Unlike you, my mother was a Single Samoan Mother migrant from Samoa, to New Zealand, then to Australia. Three countries she lived in her life.
Youre Russian, and youre woman and the Western World especially Europe are basically at war with your Nation. I think your panic attack should not be considered a particularly unique problem for you, in particular. Great to hear your Testimony on the TH-cam Confessional booth. It is all kept in confidence in TH-cam World. TH-cam world empathises with you.
All the best, and thank you for your candid speech.

I’ve never had someone describe the disintegration of reality part of a panic attack like you did. That’s EXACTLY how I experience panic attacks! The sheer terror is crippling. The unraveling of reality and the becoming nothing is my primary symptom. I have worked through mine, and rarely have them anymore. When I do start to feel that feeling coming on, I am usually able to talk myself out of it pretty quickly. But NOBODY has ever described what I feel when I have them before. I thought I was the only one. ❤Thank you so much.

    Hi ya.
    Great vlog.
I do similar stuff to you.
Low carbs, eggs and chicken, with stir fry veg.
Live in the UK, so indoor exercise with an exercise extra bike , and some dumbbells are ideal for me, because sometimes so rainy outside.
Do like walking too, when the weather is good.
Obviously, doesn't get as cold as Siberia here. ;-)
My son lives in Finland, so don't see him as much as I would like.
As long as he's happy happy.
He's a little worried with the current military situation though.
So glad you're getting there, mentally, and physically.
For your sake, and the kids.
Thanks so much for the video.
Best of luck, and love, to you and your family.
    Take care.
    P.S. I do 3, 4, 5.

I am so happy for you, that your anxieties have diminished so much. Having your mother's support must be such a relief.
I have had periods when my anxieties were horrible, it was so terrifying.😰 It turned out to be astmatic allergies so there was a reason for them, but at first I didn't know.
I think too, that diet is very important for our mental and physical wellbeing and health, but it can for some people easily turn into obsession and even eating disorders especially when there is anxiety involved. Healing can sometimes be so complicated but at the same time simple things and having faith and love can help in an instant. .

I wish you all the very best on your healing and life journey 🙏❤️

Nastya can you do a day in the life of Keto cooking. I have watched many of your videos and I love what you show for you kids' meals but can you tailor one for Keto for the day by you. I too suffer from panic attacks and anxiety. Much love. PS You gave lovely information, but I would love a video as well if you have time. Thank you. You really are Inspirational.

Thanks for sharing Nastya. I suffer from anxiety as well. The first time I experienced a panic attack it felt like the floor dropped out from my feet. It was terrifying and not many people really understood. I too believe in finding the root cause. For me it was childhood trauma, negative family experiences and poor diet high caffeine, sugar, smoking etc. Through the years I learned to control the anxiety but it does creep up on me from time to time. I really appreciate you sharing helpful techniques and knowledge and empathy.

For many people anxiety is a way of your mind telling you that the envirement or how u are living your life doesnt align to who u are or want to be. And the reason for the anxiety will be different for everyone but as u say, medication can only mask the problem not fix it. Fixing it requires figuring out what is wrong in your life.
