It's always hard to turn down a formally romanced companion but I honestly don't know how you could turn down Vector. He basically tells you that his life was over without you! I missed his character so much. Thank you for posting this!

I agree. Wow his voice acting was so genuine. So was Theron's though in Nathema. I am excited to see when they finally bring back the rest - especially Kira and Doc.

Andronikos' reunion was pretty good too.
Andronikos, Vette, Torian, Vector, Jaesa Light Side(though they really should have build more to it, but fuck it, we’ve been asking for the romance for 7 years, I’ll take it), Jorgan, Ashara(even though I really wished there were more scenes), Doc, Mako, Elara, Quinn and even Kaliyo were decent to good.
Also seems like the Empire classes got the better end of the bargain in the reunions.
This scene make me wish for the old days when it was just the small crews on their ship, life was so much simpler for them then.
Valenthyne life was simpler for everyone. But then Revan had to ef it up

I have to say I'm amazed at the quality Ifan Meredith puts in, I can feel Vector's voice cracking starting at 1:07. Props to him and Jo Wyatt for this amazing conversation that just feels so alive six years after the game released, it's a breath of fresh air and just reminds me of how much I loved SWTOR when I was younger.
Too bad he may never be used in main story content will be nice if im proven wrong tho

The moment fAgent said his name like that, I really *really* had to consider which romance to continue. Back when, I thought I wouldn't care for the romance and I didn't care about cheating but seeing this and the nostalgia just hit different.
Unfortunately, the Nathema angst and drama are way too interesting to not see with a romanced Theron and this is my only toon with it, so out the airlock you go, bugboy

Wow, this is not only easily the best reunion that I've seen, I think it might have even been the best scene in the Vector romance. My Agent didn't romance him, but I'm almost wondering if I should make an Agent who does after seeing this.

The whole damn nest couldn’t bare the pain of losing us so they limited the connection to Vector how tf are we supposed to reject him after hearing that
I think it’s both weird and cute that the whole nest is so pained by the parting of the agent and vector that they had to cut him off. :( It’s so weird, but heartbreaking, that tho you aren’t a joiner, they have become attached to you through him, and seem to have their own individual pain - in the Alderaan quest when you have to rescue that girl from the hive, if you threaten the hive, they say one individual isn’t worth it and let you take her. But you? They hurt losing you, that’s how much the agent has come to mean to the hive through vector.

So nice having Vector back. I used to really hate having him as a companion purely that he freaked me out but he's grown on me as a male agent.
I struggled with this...I'd been so used to Lana, it was hard for my agent to pick between Vector and LAna, but in the end, I went with Lana

Can you start a romance with him here if you didn't initially do it in the main class story? I want to make a female agent to romance him, but would like to use one of my 60 or 65 level boosts
I hate Killiks, joiners, and everything to do with them. The whole thing feels creepy and uncomfortable.

It's still Vector's voice actor. He's just older now. Trust me, I've been in the game almost 7 years, it's Vector, there's just more emotion in his voice.
ep77 I don't know, Vector's voice just seems more high pitched than what I remember playing through the agent storyline and doing his quests
Very late reply buuut - you also have to remember it takes time between expansions and the actors likely play different chars between. The actor probably aged themselves and had to relearn the tones they used for this char, they don’t always get it perfect.

Goddamn this really makes me hate that you can't romance vector as a male, I think that was some of the best voice acting in the game!
What is Vector? I know he's human, but is he also part Kilik? He has different eyes and he keeps refering to himself as "we", so is the joining something that fuses a Kilik insect with a human or-?
It links a human's brain to the Kilik hive mind or something like that
To my understanding it gives the kiliks your brain capacity and memories, suppressing your individuality in exchange giving you the full unity with the hive - joiners are all happy to be joined, because for all intents and purposes they become kilik drones (they no longer exist as individuals, but their individuality becomes part of the hivemind, which is why when any kilik dies others mourn him - the hivemind is not a single entity, but billions of voices talking in perfect unity). However Vector is unique, in that he was allowed to retain his individuality in order to be able to interact with nonkiliks.
