When you 1st find Jiyon, you pick her up, and put her on the healing station, and she will lie down on it, and heal. She will stand around the base, until you build her a garage. Pass the gas station on the left. Pass the checkpoint. 1st dirt road on the left. Big house. That is where I based up. A lot of wolves there. They get annoying, howling all the time.
Bandit 1: Nice and quiet toda- Chicken in distance: Ba-caawk! Foos in distance: Chicken bastard! Bandit 2: You just had to say it, didn't you. Bandit 1: ....I'll wake the sniper.
Idk about that, when I played, the fish was gone in less than half a second, with or without any reaction. Maybe it's different now, but it always required a fast reaction time.
Another great vid. When fishing, wait for a double dip of the float, then strike. The first dip is just a nibble, a double dip is the fish actually biting. Don't waste the resources to dry the fish, once it's dried you only get 2 meals from it. If you're looking for a different location for a base, Community has an empty house that a few people make a base in, but Bandits regularly come visiting, they walk in through doors and gates, and never bother knocking. There is also a red barn, to the right of the church in Community, that has a fair amount of level ground, but you may get annoyed by the chickens and deer wandering around. It also has a lot of superfluous junk lying around, both inside and out. Sorry m8, but anyone telling you to check the sun shades in the cars is just trolling you. Only one car has anything in the sun shades, the crashed cars with the crash victim, occasionally have a code in them, "7777", but no one has been able to find anything to unlock with that code.
Look at Fooster, being an apocalyptic Jeremy Wade at 1:35. Edit: the house Fooster found mid-way through the episode reminds me of the house he fixed up in the last version of Mist Survival. Edit 2:: You should move to one of the houses with a fence around them already. I’d imagine that would stop the basic infected pretty good, unless they can climb.
Regarding the concrete and cinder blocks, (might be seen as a gameplay spoiler but necessary), for me there weren't enough concrete or cinder blocks spawned in the world to make the garage. In total I had about 20 each. I had to select the "Loots Refresh" option from the pause menu twice in order to get enough for the garage. Though be warned, this will respawn ALL LOOT IN THE GAME. All houses will be replenished, vehicle storages, weapons, ammo, loot you find on the ground, etc. So it can end up being a bit game breaking if it's overused. Though, at least for me, it was absolutely essential in order to be able to make the garage.
@@Volleballogist Nope! It seems the way it works is it only adds items in, doesn't remove or replace. So for instance, if there's a car that you left a pencil in, if you do the loots refresh, you'll find the pencil plus something else in the car. But you'll also need to be careful. It kind of made Old West town almost unplayable for me with the lag, because I never looted much off the ground there, but did the loots refresh a few times. So now there's about 3x the loot laying around and it really bogs down the games performance.
A tip about the garage for Jiyeon..make sure you build it only when sure you won't move afterwards. It can't be destroyed and if you leave it I think it messes with her staying with you. Not sure if building another which would be a big issue, would fix her leaving.

Man.... That construction site for a base would be the most epic thing to work on ever... I mean, it's wip so, even if you could set it as base atm it would inevitably glitch to heck as they work on it and update... But for someone who forgets about story lines and those kinds of things in games like this because I get lost in gathering materials and building THE base... I'll have to start this game up when that place gets done.
The Mist is great! But I wanna see more and more of the Metro series. All the games in succession would be great. Something like 60 - 90 min episodes because it's a long series. Thanks Fooster.

Fooster, the fish will bite once and then do a doubble tap bite, that's when you hook'em! Build the fish pond, keeps them alive. Fillet is def the way to go. If you use branches in the fire food seems to cook slower. You only need to give the survivors one round of ammo but they can shoot your truck up lol
According to players for the sun visor loot: “Players use them to indicate "Searched car", so that they don't waste time re-visiting an empty car.” Apparently it was planned for them to have loot, but devs never added them into the game.
My truck has been flipped 3 times backing out of the barn and thrown once pulling up to the barn. I went and continued from my last save. I’m trying to remember to save frequently. The truck being launched through the air with me in it was hilarious 😂, thankfully it didn’t flip on that one. I know there are still a lot of bugs and crazy things happening while they are trying to finish the development so it’s all good, just gets aggravating for a few seconds after a glitch like that 😅😅😂
I feel like fishing would be stressful and peaceful at the same time in a survival situation. Because you need to find food to survive and fishing could be that but also, it could not be, sometimes you just don't get a nibble and now your day is wasted. But, it can also be taken as a rest day, you know to get away from all the stress and harshness of a survival situation. But then again taking a rest day could be your survival downfall, but then again you need to take a break once in awhile to enjoy the littl ethings even in those situations. Anyways, Im enjoying the heck out of this series! Cheers!

Like "Look guys there is now 4 of us cramped in here lets go check out this spot i found". Relatively flat and looks easy to defend with loot of room for growth or project. This is just a suggestion i coulndt leave without saying. Love your videos like as always :)
Another TIP for fishing Fooster. When you get "FISH ON" close to shore you can actually walk into the water and speed up the catch even more the closer you get to the fish 👍
Fooster, the Chainsaw is AMAZING for cutting down trees for building projects, like houses, you can cut trees down in seconds. so keep any chains you find, you'll need them.
I was really hoping you'd get to exploring South soon 👀 Learned some hidden things since the last time you played, and let's just say, don't go to the 'void' or the 'caves' unless you feel Godlike. That's what I've been told! They're somewhere south of the map.
The glitch where it throws your car is still in the gane, happened to me while I was watching the previous mist vid the other day so be careful to not put to much on your car

I think i have a theory (just thinking 🤔😅) that the big mutated blob thingy, would there be some end game mission or quest to escape area we might fill the fuel tanker that happens to be just outside the tunnel and drive it to blast the blob to clear it as you said we need some bigger fire power than a molotov😅(just my theory 😵) btw exited for next episode ❤️

@Badger Not all of what you need sadly, in my case. Construction site had maybe 10-15 cinder blocks, and about 15-20 cement bags.

The glitch where it throws your car is still in the gane, happened to me while I was watching the previous mist vid the other day so be careful to not put to much on your car
Damn bandits! Leo had a vest on too. Probably figured being a trained dog they could use him. Training needs loyalty to work.. You make sure to introduce them properly to Leo when you rescue him..lol
I think i have a theory (just thinking 🤔😅) that the big mutated blob thingy, would there be some end game mission or quest to escape area we might fill the fuel tanker that happens to be just outside the tunnel and drive it to blast the blob to clear it as you said we need some bigger fire power than a molotov😅(just my theory 😵) btw exited for next episode ❤️
