For basement below the plinth beam what should be the depth of excavation
It's suggested to go for atleast 5 feet below natural ground level, and it also depends on the type of soil and ground conditions.
Stirrups must be bent 135 degrees. No support at tension zone.
Sir, where the 4 no of bars in plinth beam was wrong. In the situation beam should be have the bottom of 3 bars atleast, because concrete weak in tension at a dia of 12 mm
Why two roda in between coloum

So many mistakes in this beam...
1.Use more no of steel rods in bottom than top, atleast 3 rods at bottom and 2 on top
2.Stirrups should be placed at 6 inches each or 150mm to 200 mm
3.hooks should be bend at 90 degrees
4. Provide 1 feet development length at end of beam

Brick work below plinth totally wrong.plinth beam should on ground level comparing + PCC + Plinth beam+Brick work ( height as per site conditions)+ DPC
