The module has not very good sound , it is okay but it has not too much volume try to purchase another module with higher price maybe it's ok , on my w204 i use the same but the nodule is with usb port and i connect to glove box 12v socket

You can if u have wires on the plug in the back . If u have not the wires then need someone to solder the wires
