lol doomscrolling kicks in for me after periods of dedicated work and when I stop working as much, the best way around it for me is just to keep myself occupied and try to eliminate social media as much as possible (harder when your work is social media oriented tho) so yh I just work more and keep myself in a flow state as much as I can, working as soon as waking up does the trick for me
