DR 14/11- Bench divider and rounders pizza dough - Working Test

The machine is able to cut and round about 800/1000 portions of dough per hour.
The portions can weigh
- from 110 to 300 g with the cutting group dividing into 14 sections
- from 300 to 650 g with the cutting group dividing into 11 sections
The stainless steel cutting unit can be easily removed for replacement and washing.
The rounding system guarantees:
- balls always perfectly closed;

Can the dough be 200g each ? What is the max hydration? I need them to be 68 to 70% seems like machine not able to handle high hydration
