    So proud of him. As a mako fan I knew this day was coming. Should of been earlier but great to see him get a chance to show off his talent to the world, Kai Pai bro!

      @@jackfry It's a little more than simple grammar.
      How the hell can anyone think "of" can follow a modal verb?

    I reckon he should’ve been in last year but I think foz has timed it perfectly well with the insane form he is in and the World Cup just around the corner

    • @KernowekTim
      @KernowekTim 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Aye. He's ready to explode onto the World stage now. This'll start him on the path to RWC '23 the hard way... He'll definitely get the full attention of the Irish veteran backs, that's for certain.

    Deserves his spot, excited to his form translate into test footy

    He’ll be the future centre if he does well. Him and Clarke.

    • @KernowekTim
      @KernowekTim 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Bloody well said. I got slated by a NZ YT'er Channel presenter months ago for this same comment, but I stand by my words. Him and Clarke will be the future pairing if all goes well, I think.

    • @jackfry
      @jackfry 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I really like him on the wing but I'm sure he'll be great in the centre as well

    • @Reformed1-e1c
      @Reformed1-e1c 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@KernowekTim if Clarke plays smart footy, he’ll defiantly be a contender for the midfield. Don’t forget, Umaga-Marshall brothers are solid as well Bailyn Sullivan and Alex Nankierville. The question I have if I was a player wanting to be a midfielder is this “what can I do different than the guy ahead of me?” I don’t rate RTS. I think he needed more time to do things he loves to do and getting that experience to command the midfield.

    He finally learned to pass the ball against the Blues. He was truly legendary that night.

    • @Reformed1-e1c
      @Reformed1-e1c 2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      He has always been a solid passer of the ball. It is expected in the Tasman and Crusaders environment. Not just backs but also forwards. I would rather have him in the centres than Ioane or RTS.

    • @jackfry
      @jackfry 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      His style is to carry the ball and not pass. He's too lethal at breaking tackles to have him passing it.
