I got these recently! I was looking for a comfortable supportive shoe for shuffling (dance) and the tread pattern works well for that style of dance! I got lucky to get these for 50 at Ross.
These have easily become my favorite shoe for the time being

I just got some for $28 at a Nike outlet store, couldn't pass it up since it felt better on my flat feet with wide midfoot than anything else I was trying on (Witness 6 and 7, couple KD's, couple Kyrie's).

With the budget price and the thinner and less supportive uppers, I suspect these are more suited for adolescents/teenagers who are smaller in size and weigh less than adults and will grow 1-2 shoes sizes in a season.

I'm receiving my pair today and I looked back at the description and I'm confused after seeing it said "AHAR durability on high wear areas on clay"...
But it also said something similar about hard court in a sentence above.

If it says AC its all court- they do well enough on clay but I think in some markets there are clay-specific models

there's been speculation that renew foam is just rebranded lunarlon foam (the premium stuff before react), largely due to the fact both aren't resilient enough on their own to the point of needed to be encased withinn a denser foam. any thoughts on this?
Could be- its hard to tell with these foams sometimes because they make each foam in several formulations so where does one end and the other begin?

Zach I am looking onto buying some new shoes (i only play on clay). I currently use the NikeCourt Lunar Ballistec 1.5 legends but have been getting a lot of pain on the arch of my left foot (my dominant foot) i have tried loosening the laces, stretching before practice and so on, but nothing seems to work. any suggestions on tips that might help avoid this or suggestions on shoes that might be a better solution ?

Hey Zach, great video as always. I actually have a couple of questions unrelated to the video but since you posted today I figured I'd ask you here. I recently started using the Ubersonic 4 for my tennis sessions. The shoes are incredible performers but they were initially absolutely killing my feet in the entire toebox area and I had to stuff them full of socks and leave them for 3 days before I could actually wear them comfortably. Thing is, it's not uncommon for shoes to hurt the little toe of my right foot since my right foot is slightly wider than my left but in this case I was literally feeling my toe joints getting twisted and grinding against each other before I did the sock trick. My right foot still hurts if I wear thick socks inside the shoes but they're great with thin ones and overall much much better than before. Now that I can actually play with them the shoes feel incredible and exactly what I was looking for considering my playstyle (fast mover that chases down balls) but I can't help but feel worried that they're not the right shoes for my feet considering the initial woes I came across. So my question is: considering how much I like its performance, should I go for the Ubersonic again next time I buy tennis shoes or are the aforementioned woes proof that I shouldn't? And also a secondary question; what method would you recommend to wash them? I used them on clay and they turned from full white to full pink and I want to get rid of the colouring but I'm afraid they'll shrink again if I throw them in the washing machine. Any tips are appreciated, including anyone else reading this comment. Thanks and sorry for the long comment.

Im honestly not sure, it seems like they're comfortable for you now but IMO there are just all around better shoes out there, in terms of cleaning them, if you wash them they'll shrink so if its me just a foaming shoe cleaner and a bristle and make sure you stuff them when its drying so they dont shrink
