Dr. Cohen, what are the machine the doctor office will use to measure my eye to figure out the power of the multi focal implant lenses?, I heard they are using IOL master 700 ? Is this machine alone enough to get the perfect measurements? Thank you for your very informational video.

With the laser femtosecond system surgery, does it include the ORA system to measure more precisely the strength of the IOL?!

No, the femtosecond Laser system is different than the ORA. some surgeons may bundle them together and others might charge for them each separately. in my experience, with the availability of the latest generation of laser biometric devices that can measure the lens power prior to the surgery, the use of ORA for measurement during surgery, increases surgical time and risk and offers no benefit.
