      Blues historically own the Mild in the playoffs. And STL has WAY more playoff experience than Minnesota does all around.
      Remember Magnus Paajarvi back in like, 2014? Beat the Wild in gm5 OT to advance the Blues to the 2nd round.

      That is entirely not the argument. It’s that the Blues had never had to play the Wild when the Wild had home ice advantage and that this made the Blues winning every game in the regular season misleading. People were not claiming the Blues could not win at the xcel.

    I’m ok with different camera angles, but I wish they wouldn’t linger so long on those special angles. I prefer the standard broadcast camera angle

      Bro that game started at 9:30 here in VA, EDM didn't play til 10. I like the staggered schedule though because then I get to watch every playoff game without missing too much of the others.

      You wouldn't know this but East Coast and MidWest fans have to deal with this 3 times more than you do across the entire regular season, playoffs, including Baseball and Football. Every time a team from these two timezones plays a team on the west coast the game always starts after 8:30. This happens what, 40 times each season. This also happens when where playing teams that are both in the Midwest because the West coast games happen earlier some of the time for some reason. I ain't mad at the West Coast but mainly the NHL because we always get games at 9 instead of 6 or 7 in Central time because of the NHL scheduling of the West coast games. Its a difference of 2 hours, so why is it so hard for the NHL to schedule a game 7:30 central/5:30 West Coast.

      Probably a real contender. As a Dallas stars fan thats not easy to say but they’re built for it. They look physically bigger than most teams but still very skilled. If a goalie gets hot who knows.

    The Wild didn't play their game. Erickson Ek line did well on the match-up w Thomas Buchevich and Tarasenko line. The Blues have a lot of depth.
    This series will still go deep.

      I’m a blues fan and it was 18 penalties, 9 for stl and 9 for minny. Blues were taunting the wild with their special teams the wild are the better 5-5 team and stl is better on both sides on special teams

Nick Bjugstad and Alex goligoski of the Wild is from Minnesota, Rem Pitlick who plays for Montreal is from Minnesota, and that just the players I can make without having to think or look up.
      After having done so there are currently fifty one active players in the NHL from the state of hockey.

      @@Abcd-rb3zg wild have some of the best attendance in the NHL lol! Also they don’t just barely squeeze in they regularity will qualify for a seat. That isn’t average at all and I’m sorry that this somehow became a bad thing but it speaks more to the strength of the organization. How many teams have had to do deep rebuilds just to get back to the playoffs and not make it for multiple years compared to the wild which play at a level capable of making it 9 times in ten years.
