Really great production value on the video, and I really appreciate the testing you did. I’m watching reviews after already spending the money haha. Thanks for the review!
Great review with tons of relevant information, thank you!!! The double clicking the link button to switch from one connected device to another is huge! You can also start and stop recording of the connected device by a single click to the link button.
I think the noise cancelling is to be used in "typical" settings such as interviews and dialogues...in already treated environments. If you go to the strong setting in an already quiet environment it will sound over treated and muddy.
Now THIS is a good review. I’ve been using it and I’m quite disappointed so far. My intention was for iPhone use only. Clarity isn’t great, and I don’t think mono recording is truly mono. Playback is weird. I’m a bit disappointed so far 😣
Great video... love a real review. The noise cancelation is straight trash. I have the DJI MIC1 and simply love it, this mini looks great but that noise cancel feature is not effective at all.
I'm going to be gifted a mic for my simple vlogging and I was given a choice the DJI mini or DJI mic 2 I'm not really good at this I figured go for the DJI Mike 2 because it's the most expensive and it's a gift then I came across your video and I said why would I need the 2 when the mini does everything I need and some but I would rather ask a question which one would be the best to grab there's a lot of features on the two that I will never use but he😮y your feedback is greatly appreciated thank you🤙👍
The smaller size and the longer battery life on the mini are enough for me to prefer the mini over the 2. But, the built in recording with 32 bit float on the 2 can be insanely useful. If i had to pick... i would choose the mini. That said, i own a white and black mic 2 and i'm not getting rid of either of them. From my perspective, don't agonize over the decision, they are both great mics.
@ The software in the Neo mutes the propeller noise and keeps ambient sounds It’s perfect for social media vlogging this is a 15 second clip using the Neo and Hollyland Lark M1 mic. th-cam.com/users/shortskBU7Ou6HGVY?feature=share If you want to use the drone for aerial cinematic video clips, the Neo is not the best choice of drones
That was a damn good review of the mic mini, best I’ve seen!
I got it immediately after it was announced, and it’s a great mic!
Cheers from Japan!

Easily the best review I’ve watch so far, and I’ve been watching many of this product. Thanks!
Seconded. Solid. Nice work and thank you!
Double clicking the link button to toggle connected device...new insight to me. Thank you!
Did you say auto magically? That was awesome! You’re the 1st reviewer to show this option. Well done!

Dude this was the probably the best mini review! Subscribed!
Best Mic mini review. I used mine on a livestream yesterday. I just had a few issues.
Happy Thanksgiving 🦃. Can't wait for more vids 👍🏻🇺🇲
Awesome video man! Been binging videos the whole day considering if I should get this for my first wireless mic setup and this video really helped.

The iPhone's wind rejection is magical on the latest model
Great review waiting for mine to arrive 😊
do the same testing with hollyland and compare side by side
You need to push the connector on receiver all the way to connect on iPhone.

In hindsight i wish i would have compared it against the Mic 2. The noise cancelation seems to perform a bit more reliably on the Mic 2.
@ArthurFTM2 OK... thnx Bro. Appreciate that!!! Bless up!!
From my iPhone I don't get 48khz from my Samsung I do. Lots of bugs on the iPhone. Does DJI cameras get 48 kHz?

I wish it paired with the Neo drone directly
you want to record propreller noise? and with a range limit??

Will the mic mini connect to the DJI mic 1 & mic 2 receiver?
Matttteee where have u been .... start making more videos...lol your looking well ..... 😂😂😂
Most times its the phone drivers were corrupted. Reboot like u did and magic..
I hope your are right lol
Probably better to use the noise reduction in your editor and not burn it in on the recording with the mic system.
burn 10 hours? of battery, what are you recording lol
