Awesome part about this RB class is that you named 16 players, and there’s still like maybe 11-13 more draftable guys on day 3. Bhayshul Tuten from VT and Tahj Brooks from Texas Tech are my favorites
rb who can run routes and catch out of the backfield better than anyone in the class who has homerun speed with low mileage hard to be too high on a guy like that
Jeanty is DEFINITELY more explosive than Bijon. Bijon’s main “knock” was he was a just a good not elite athlete. Point in case, he’s been great in the NFL, but his longest run through 2 years is only 39 yards. Jeanty is right there with Bijon on his best trait, contact balance, and flashed more explosiveness as a runner. As a receiver Bijon is probably a better runner, but Jeanty better YAC. Basically, Bijon is the best guy to turn 2 yards into 10, but not 10 into 50+. Saquon is the guy to turn 10 into 50+, but not really 2 into 10. Jeanty, is a guy that could do both at an elite level. I really think Jeanty is a great blend of the best traits of BOTH Bijon and Saquon, but people are simply not willing to consider him on their level because he played at Boise. And if that’s your view, I implore you to at least look at all the NFL RBs Boise has produced since ~2010
@@Gray_Bush He’s a true junior, he didn’t play RB until his senior year of high school. He didn’t have a huge workload his first two years, he’s never been injury prone and continues to play at an elite level through a couple nagging injuries. If anything, he demonstrated that he can carry a workhorse type workload and be durable.
I love Cam Skattebo, Sampson from Tennessee, and Laquint Allen Jr from Syracuse. I hope the Saints take any of those 3 to compliment Kamara. LaQuint Allen Jr has a chance to be the steal of the Running back group this draft and I hope and pray the Saints take him at some point bc I don't think Skattebo will be there for the Saints with all the Team needs ahead of running back. We need OLINE, DT, Edge, Wr, and TE
Mark it down now. Laquint Allen Jr, number 1 from Syracuse. This dude reminds me of Marcus Allen, no relation and not because of his name. Watch his running style, catching, and goalline carries. He leaps over the top with insane hops and reads blocks exceptionally well.
More backs will be drafted earlier in the draft. Running back as a position is becoming more important, and teams are switching back to put an emphasis on power running or running style offenses with all the lighter and smaller defenders in the league. Running back will in demand this draft.

I don't know! Sure the RB position may have increased a bit, but the amount of RB in this draft shows how easily obtainable they are. It's not that teams don't think the RB is important, they instead feel that they don't have as much value as other positions.
I think Denver has to trade up and take Jeanty around the 12-15, because if they sit and don't take him and the chargers take him, that's going to be a problem for Denver's defense for the future of their match ups, and I think if Denver gets him, and they can get a slot WR, i think Denver will be a problem
@brettsorensen1589 I just feel like the chargers would trade up if the broncos don't, so I feel that Denver should trade to the mid round range and get him before the chargers get any ideas
Lots of time left but I feel denver will take hampton first rd if jeanty is gone. I think they will take hampton even if warren and loveland is there hampton top 20 pick
To not rank Donovan Edwards is to walk into a ring blind folded against Mike Tyson your credibility is quite literally astoundingly unrecoverable when he’s an nfl star just promptly delete your channel
@ they have no elusiveness to their games and look really stiff. I’m not saying they can’t be good in the nfl but as much as as they’re hyped up I wasn’t wowed when I watched them. They just run through wide open holes untouched

Blue over Treveyon and Sampson is ridiculous, I’m sorry
That time of year again, love to see it
Well as a commanders fan, I’m late to the party but I’m here‼️
You are insanely high on Blue holy shit
😂
rb who can run routes and catch out of the backfield better than anyone in the class who has homerun speed with low mileage hard to be too high on a guy like that
I been saying this about blue… he underrated frfr
Henderson should go day 2 for sure
Currently reviewing this RB class on tape so this ranking is very timely. Big Kaleb Johnson guy.

374 carries in 2024...eek!
@ Derrick Henry had 396 his heisman season
@ He's also bigger than most defenders. Those types of workloads historically aren't advantageous

He's not even close to the athlete of those two.
Thank you for giving Blue the love he deserves 💪🏻

I do not want or like any of the Texas AM DL or edge players. They do not produce at all
Skattebo for my cards😮
Love the rankings, wish you included the strengths/weaknesses in text like you did in previous years
It's only January lol. I am sure he will come closer to draft.

Henderson is by far the most explosive back on this list. He makes everybody else look slow.
If the texans get a few decent O-line men and skattebo in the 3-4th round we running the afc
More backs will be drafted earlier in the draft. Judkins will go in round 3 or sooner

Need to see measurements on Jaydon Blue dude is fast
Skattttt is RB3
Move Hampton up a tier. Replace Blue with Henderson and Skattebo with Gordon. Love Marks as a sleeper!
Donovan Edwards?
No mention of Kyle Monangai is crazy
Kaleb Johnson reminds me of Curtis Martin.
Being patient isn’t a flaw. You literally said if there isn’t a hole make it. That’s literally what he’s trying to do🙏😭
I think raheim sanders, tahj brooks, and jarquez hunter deserve a mention
Tahj Brooks ?
Corey Kiner ?
Did you forget Liquint Allen out of Syracuse?
If ashton jeanty falls to the chiefs then we might get a sonic knuckles duo with him and pacheco
I think Denver has to trade up and take Jeanty around the 12-15, because if they sit and don't take him and the chargers take him, that's going to be a problem for Denver's defense for the future of their match ups, and I think if Denver gets him, and they can get a slot WR, i think Denver will be a problem
The broncos pick before the chargers
@brettsorensen1589 I just feel like the chargers would trade up if the broncos don't, so I feel that Denver should trade to the mid round range and get him before the chargers get any ideas
Cowboys- Johnson
Jaydon blue at rb5 is insane dude legit might go 6th-7th
He didn’t mention the fumbling problem at all so I’m sure he doesn’t know about it. As an athlete I get the hype
I would take Henderson 4th or 5th if jeanty Hampton Johnson goes off the board for RB
I’m huge on Kyle monangai
Dylan Sampson is my favorite RB in the draft. Just a little bit of name-bias
No Damien Martinez, Kyle Monangai and Brashard smith is insane.
Really hard for a year before statically better RB to make it in the top Twenty???
Jeanty will probably run just as fast or faster than bijan
Lots of time left but I feel denver will take hampton first rd if jeanty is gone. I think they will take hampton even if warren and loveland is there hampton top 20 pick
Tripping 😂
@ we’ll see
Blue is a Gibbs 2.0 minus the strength. He can't carry the workload of an RB 1
Definitely needs to see how he weighs in, put on 12lbs since high school. Need more film but that speed is legit.
💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Jenty to cowboys or the broncos confirmed
Broncos should trade back to avoid drafting jeanty and pick up an additional 4th rd
@ or if not Jeanty trade up and get Tyler Warren another good fit I really like
Skettabo is easily #2
😂
10 fumbles last two years yaaa no
My top 10:
1. Ashton Jeanty
2. Omarion Hampton
3. Kaleb Johnson
4. Dylan Sampson
5. Quinshon Judkins
6. TreVeyon Henderson
7. Cam Skattebo
8. DJ Giddens
9. Jaydon Blue
10. Jarquez Hunter
Skattebo goes to the cards😊
Brashard smith???
I wasn’t buying the hype but hampton is gonna be a problem that guy is scary 1 on 1 in the open field
The first house is BACK
Jeanty is a Jerry guy
To not rank Donovan Edwards is to walk into a ring blind folded against Mike Tyson your credibility is quite literally astoundingly unrecoverable when he’s an nfl star just promptly delete your channel
1/10 bait
He was on the cover of ncaa 25 and that was about it
Watched all the guys film, and I don’t love Kaleb at all. Missing several tools needed for the nfl and that other guys have
Sander from South Carolina gonna be a nice pick up
My cards skattebo pls...
Johnson and Hampton overrated
Please elaborate
@ they have no elusiveness to their games and look really stiff. I’m not saying they can’t be good in the nfl but as much as as they’re hyped up I wasn’t wowed when I watched them. They just run through wide open holes untouched
Sampson way to low.
